The shower cabin door was broken, and all the water was leaking onto the carpet in the room. Also, the hotel is located above a 24-hour restaurant, and there is sometimes a bit of noise from the terrace at night, though this likely only happens in the summer.

良いロケーションでした。
Pros:

凱旋門からほど近く、また電車・地下鉄・バスの乗り場も近く、移動にはなにかと便利で、ロケーションが非常に良かったと思います。

Cons:

シャワー室と洗面室の区切りの水止めが甘かったので、工夫してシャワーをしないと洗面室が水浸しになる感じでした。あと隣室の炊事場にお湯を入れにいけましたが、部屋に電気ケトルがあるとよりよかったと思います。

Des travaux de finition de climatisation étaient en cours et nous trouvons cela inacceptable
De plus on nous a oublié de lettre un.lit pour un enfant de 16 ans alors que j avais bien.precise que mon enfant avait 16 ans

La literie est très bien

Cons:

Il y avait des odeurs d'égout dans la chambre.
La porte des toilettes ne fermait pas complètement donc pas d'intimité.
Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, l'hôtel a répondu à notre souhait sans histoire.
Moisissures dans la douche, au sol et au plafond dans la nouvelle chambre. Il y avait les restes d'un repas sous le lit, certainement le client précèdent. Impossible de trouver la télécommande de la tv donc impossible d'allumer celle ci.
Bref, on voit le manque de rigueur du personnel, ce qui impacte fortement la propreté des lieux et par conséquent le confort.
Je trouve que l'hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles.

Everything was amazing! Such a wonderful and clean hotel with an incredible team. The reception staff was extremely help
