L'accueil, le petit-déjeuner, l'emplacement par rapport au Château
Top locatie, met gratis uitzicht op het vuurwerk in de tuinen van Versailles. Ze hadden een kinderbedje klaargezet, de kamer was super proper en het personeel was lief. Gezellig terrasje en bar beneden.
Location was great. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff
Room was cramped. Hotel needs makeover for interior decor. Room was clean but hallways seemed grubby.
Le personnel sympa. Pas trop éloigné du centre et dans le quartier Saint-Louis.
Chambre un peu désuète, salle de bain vieillotte et petite, chambre à côté de l'ascenseur que l'on entendait très bien, pas de clim.
酒店是老式的建筑，很有乡村感觉，前台和其他服务人员都很好，彬彬有礼的感觉，早餐也还算丰盛，有个中庭小院可以歇息和抽烟，不想出去吃饭用ubereats店外卖也蛮方便的，离凡尔赛宫入口10分钟步行路程吧
如果在城市中生活久了离不开空调制冷的人可能晚上稍微会觉得热，不过酒店提供了电风扇，风力很强
A very warm & friendly welcome as we arrived. Great location, only 10 minute walk from the station & 15 minute walk to the Palace. The beds are very comfortable & we had a nice quite, peaceful sleep. Absolutely spotless & the lift was a bonus. Our breakfast was extensive & delicious. There is a cute courtyard garden to relax & have a smoke. The bar & billiards room was a lovely addition for a late night tipple. Lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Les deux petites bouteilles d'eau glacée données lors du check in ne sauraient se substituer à l'absence de climatisation. Dans cette chambre étouffante même pas le petit réconfort d'un mini réfrigérateur. Rajoutez le bruit de l' ascenseur recouvert partiellement par le ronflement du petit ventilateur essoufflé à brasser tant d'air chaud et vous avez les ingrédients d'une nuit sans sommeil.

I stayed at the property for two nights and they have bed bugs, BED BUGS! In Europe in 2026: UNACCEPTABLE! My friend was bit raw! I complained and insisted and the hotel agreed to a full refund that never arrived and now they have stopped responding to both: me and Booking.com’s customer service. Needless to say that the refund never arrived, I would never stay here again and I most certainly do not recommend!
