A big help and relief during my bad personal situation
Pros:

The man who greeted us was very cheerful, welcoming and helpful. Google Maps gave me wrong directions, he told me over the phone a simple route. When we arrived, he carried our many bags upstairs to reception.
I had a problem late first night. The man (owner?) came to help. He was also very caring and helpful. He made sure I was OK, call a taxi driver that he knew, and helped me into the taxi. Very kind!
Unfortunately, my wife had to stay alone. Upon checking out, a very kind woman found her a different hotel nearby, went with her to get the car out of the parking lot and find a new place to park. Later, she even helped my wife carry all our bags to the car.
Truly exceptional staff!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about this hotel.
Above and beyond expectations!

Ein schönes Hotel in einer perfekten Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, direkt an der Promenade gegenüber dem Strand. Besser geht es nicht.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben in dem Hotel

Posizione super, bagno con doccia grande, staff molto cordiale e gentile

Cons:

Assenza di parcheggio e la camera è molto rumorosa: si parte la mattina presto con le porte che sbattono (di ospiti e personale di pulizia), il suono dell’ascensore continuo e, da mercoledì con l’arrivo di quelli al piano di sopra (non so se erano persone o elefanti), ci tremavano tutto il soffitto e i lampadari.

L'emplacement est parfait. Vous pensez être au bord d'une route or ce n'est qu'une rue piétonne devant une place bien dégagée donc vraiment une très bonne surprise et une adresse que je recommande vivement

Hôtel et personnel au top !
Pros:

Accueil des plus chaleureux et personnel aux petits soins ! L hôtel est très bien situé et possède un oarking ! Les chambres sont spacieuses ,lumineuse et très confortables ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
