Très déçus…
Pros:

Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient de qualité et ont été très appréciés.

Cons:

Ce séjour était un cadeau pour l’anniversaire de mon père et nous attendions une prestation à la hauteur du standing affiché.

La chambre vendue comme “vue mer” n’offrait en réalité qu’un simple aperçu entre les toits et les arbres. Les photos du site sont trompeuses et ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. Nous avons choisi cette catégorie de chambre précisément pour cette vue, et la déception a été importante.

Autre déception : la réservation était annulable gratuitement jusqu’à la veille. J’avais demandé à régler le séjour à l’avance afin d’éviter toute formalité à mes parents, mais le lien de paiement envoyé par l’hôtel n’a jamais fonctionné. Malgré cela, dès leur arrivée, ils ont dû régler l’intégralité du séjour et laisser une empreinte bancaire. Cela donne le sentiment que la priorité est davantage les garanties de paiement que l’accueil des clients, ce qui n’est pas la meilleure façon de commencer un séjour.

Ein wunderschöner Kurzaufenthalt. Ich habe kurzfristig gebucht und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Ein wunderschönes Hotel, nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu den Stränden. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption. Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber, elegant und ein super bequemes Bett. Toller Pool, schöne Terrasse umgeben von viel Grün. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr abreisen und komme auf alle Fälle wieder.

Un séjour réussi au Best Western Monfleuri
Pros:

L'accueil, le service, la cuisine, le calme, le jardin. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable, prévenant et arrangeant. Sébastien a l'œil partout et il gère toute son organisation de manière très pro. La cheffe Martine cuisine super bien. Les gens a l'accueil sont très à l'écoute.
