Staff superb, hotel was not!
Pros:

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, nice pool area and Bar, (although a little scruffy in parts)good gym, lovely staff and excellent shuttle service virtually on demand.

Cons:

Room and bathroom definitely not 5 star and the cost of our stay north of €1000/night absolutely not good value compared to our other 3 hotels on our tour of France which were all half the price and all 5 star hotels. The Gaia restaurant totally overpriced compared to every other restaurant we experienced on our trip, 2 of the specials crazy prices!!

Great stay, great service , excellent location !
Pros:

Excellent location , free hotel luxury shuttle, great service , amazing breakfast ! Nice touch to have turn down service

Cons:

Find it a bit expensive for what it has to offer. There is no gym or spa .
Also if your room is next to the restaurant and pool, in the night until midnight there is loud music from Gaia restaurant.

A mixed bag
Pros:

Shuttle service was excellent. Room was very nice. Staff were very attentive. Front desk and concierge team were always incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Pricing of food and drink at the GAIA ‘pop-up’ was ridiculous and off-putting. The outdoor garden space in our room was uncomfortable and noisy (staff appeared to to use the room directly opposite for storage).
