It was clean enough despite the towels

Cons:

Room 41 was particularly unfortunate. You enter the courtyard of the hotel next to an always busy smoke shop. The courtyard is often full of guests and to our surprise our room was on the ground floor inside this courtyard. This made it so if I wanted to open the curtains anyone would see right in. To make it worse the deadbolt was broken so there was no added security. We resorted to leaving the curtain closed for privacy and so had no sunlight in the room. The curtains also did not seal the window well meaning the lights from the lobby seeped in at night, which along with the thin walls made it hard to sleep. The smoke detector inside the room was also covered in tin foil. Nearly all towels were stained and ripped. The air conditioning unit also only worked as a fan, the cooling was not activated so the room was quite warm.

nice hotel would stay again.

nice hotel, near the centre. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

as always with hotels in historic centres, no parking, parking is by the city walls and will cost about 25 euros per night.
Breakfast room is crowded if the hotel is full.

Csak viccesen mondva: Ne vegyen senki sem olyan vonatra jegyet amit később törölnek!!!!

Csodálatos környezetben, szép, jól felszerelt, tiszta szoba. Avignon gyönyörű, a szállás közel van a történelmi látnivalókhoz!

Cons:

Baleset miatt törölték a vonatunkat. Odaszóltunk (franciául) hogy késünk, csak hajnali négyre ér oda a busz amire tudtunk hirtelen jegyet venni! Azt mondták, hogy megvárnak. Mikor megérkeztünk a zárt ajtó mellett nincs csengő, hiába dörömbölök, a telefon foglaltat jelez tehát mellérakták! Az átvirrasztott éjszaka után még több mint egy órát a hotel bejárata előtt kellett vacognunk a hajnali hidegben, mire valaki, aki nem is tudta, hogy jövünk észrevett - bár tuajdonképpen ő sem akart először beengedni, mert nem értette, hogy mit keresünk ott Tudom a balesetről, meg a túl késői érkezésünkről nem ők tehetnek - de mi sem! Egy kis segítség, empátia szerintem nem túlzott elvárás volt a részünkről főképpen mivel meg is igérték! Bár többször is elmondtam, hogy több, mint egy órát az ajtó előtt várakoztunk hajnalban - senki sem kért még később sem elnézést! A hetes osztályzatot csak a személyzet hozzállása miatt adtam, egyébként tizest érdemelnének!
