J'attends toujours une réponse concernant mon trop versé.

J'ai versé 266€ d'acompte pensant passer 3 nuits sur place.
Finalement, je ne suis resté que 2 nuits et 2 petits déjeunés/
J'attends toujours une réponse du l'hôtel pour men remboursement de leur trop perçu.
Je pense que cette expérience restera ma dernière réservation par booking.
je passerai dorénavant en direct avec les hôtels. C'est beaucoup plus simple.

Quand je suis arrive a l'accueil il n'y avait personne,j'ai sonné a la sonnette et j'ai attendu 10 minutes après quelqu'un est arrivé, il m' a fait la carte pour ouvrir la porte je suis monté au deuxieme et la carte ne fonctionné pas je suis descendu a l'accueil et personne n'été la j'ai sonné et attendu 1heure de temps avant que quelqu'un vienne me faire une autre carte, le personnel sont des incapables et l'hotel est sale

On nous a attribué une chambre déjà occupée ce qui n'est pas très professionnel à la fois pour nous et la personne qui s'est fait surprendre dans sa chambre. Fuite du lavabo également.

Cons:

Hôtel trop bruit (toute la nuit il y a des gens qui rentre est sorte jusqu'à 6h du matin)
Mauvaise odeurs.
Nécessité une rénovation
Coin trop de naissance sonores
Le receptioniste que j'ai eu étais sympa mais lendemain son remplaçant n'avais pas une tenue professionnelle et repoussant.
Pour moi on est loin d'un hôtel traditionnel ça resemble plutôt à un foyer.

vraiment pas ouf

J'avais besoin d'un lit de bébé, il n'y en avait plus de disponible et ils ont fait leur possible pour en avoir un. au bout du compte ça n'a pas été le cas mais j'ai apprécié l'effort

Cons:

La chambre est vraiment vétuste, il y a des trucs arraché de partout , la chasse d'eau ne tient pas, il y a un rideau de douche (niveau hygiène c vraiment pas top).

L'hôtel ne ferme pas ses portes et il n'y a personne à l'entrée la plupart du temps donc n'importe qui peut entrer, ça n'est pas très rassurant.
