Climatisation très bruyante.
Nous l’avons coupé pour dormir par conséquent nous avons eu froid.
La couette est trop mince aucune couverture supplémentaire à disposition.
Dormir avec un pull et des chaussettes n’était pas dans nos plans.

Check in war ok, keine Infos bezüglich Frühstück etc.
Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich.
Toilettenspülung lief ununterbrochen und in der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab, das Wasser wurde nur mäßig warm.

Mon séjour solo chez Arena
Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes de la station Nanterre préfecture. Plus facile à faire des achats dans les magasins devant la station ou à trouver des restaurants. L'hôtel a toujours des bons prix pour les séjours à 2 ou 3 jours. Les petit déj...toujours intèressant.

En négatif: un acces difficile, un hôtel en travaux et il fait froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner
En posiitf: bien situé, calme, propre hors zone en travaux, super petit déjeuner, personnel agréable, literie confortable, bon éclairage de chambre, un bon panel de chaines tv

The hotel did not feel like a 4 star. Room was very small mainly designed for one person. It felt a bit crowded with 2 persons staying in the room. Room was very clean though which made the difference.

monter 2 etages pour arriver a la reception. etat dèplorable en exterieur. je n'ai pas vu un seul sourire au niveau du personnel..tous en dèpresion visiblement. petit dej copieu...mais tout froid, du becon au crèpe...bref a par une bonne literie a oublier tres vite

Pros:

La chambre était très propre à une exception l'évacuation de la salle de bain était tres mauvaise on a les pieds dans l'eau.
Par contre l'entrée de l'hôtel catastrophique avec des rats pas d'ascenseur obligée de porter sa valise sur 2 étages le couloir avec des dalles à moitié cassé du coup difficile de pousser sa valise. Pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est marqué sur l'annonce.

The hotel is located very close to the Arena La Defense, so if you’re looking for event accommodations it is in a wonderful location. There is a grocery store within walking distance and many restaurants and bars close by as well. The hotel is pretty basic, but that is to be expected in France. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was the hotel advertised air conditioning, and while the hallways were cold, the lobby and your room are sweltering. I can’t even be sure the AC worked in my room because the temperature never seemed to change. Made for an uncomfortable sleep in 25 degree weather.
