Pros:

L’établissement est très bien placé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et le personnel est très gentil et fait au mieux pour répondre aux besoins.

Cons:

Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés un jour où la clim était en panne en plein mois de juillet c’est assez embêtant..
De plus la literie est assez dure

Propreté qui laisse à désirer
Pros:

L’emplacement, c’était pratique par rapport à la où je devais aller.

Cons:

La chambre devait être climatisée, ils avaient un problème de Clim, donc elle ne l’était pas et l’hôtel n’a pas prévu en amont.
Ce n’était pas très propre (serviettes tachées, gouttes d’urine aux pieds des toilettes) ni en très bon état (moisissure sur les murs).
Les hôtes d’accueil étaient moyennement aimables ni très souriants.

Muy cómodo, agradable. Limpio. Tenía aire acondicionado que se agradece mucho con las temperaturas que había. El personal muy amable.

COOL stay in hot Neuilly-sur-Seine
Pros:

Very convenient hotel to spend nights in air-conditioned rooms. In addition, staff let me use the breakfast room as working space

Old time charm meets modern girl! Highly recommended!
Pros:

We came in during a heat wave and the hotel AC was perfect! Also this hotel was located by the American Hospital. My husband had suffered a fall and was hospitalized while on vacation. The staff helped me learn my way around town and how to get to hospital (10 min walk). And so much kindness shown to me.

Cons:

TV was all French. No BBC. Otherwise perfect hotel.
