Tres bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix pour un court séjour

Hôtel accueillant ,très propre ,

Cons:

Un peu de bruit le matin des chariots de ménage, encombrant le couloir en sortant de la chambre
Ce qui ne va pas nous empêcher d y retourner

Un carnage

Cons:

Aucun accès PMR ni à l'entrée (marches) ni au parking. Douche avec marche ou baignoire. Pour palier, on nous a proposé un siège de bureau tournant. Le personnel a fait ce qu'il a pu pour nous aider (rampe amovible) et était confus. Il en a parlé à la Directrice qui n'a pas daigné nous regarder.
Salle de petit déjeuner très étroite, plus rien à 10h30.
Moquette, odeur d'humidité.
Sur l'offre, accès PMR et petit déjeuner inclus. Ni l'un ni l'autre mais on nous a quand même offert ce petit déj.
En partant, on voulait nous le faire payer ainsi que la taxe de séjour réglée la veille.

Quelques points à revoir sérieusement
Pros:

Emplacement ok.
Literie confortable

Cons:

Trou de cigarette dans les draps. Ce sont des couvertures à l’ancienne et non des couettes.
Petit déjeuner très limité en choix et vraiment mal organisé. Tout le monde se gêne et se bouscule.
Wc très exigu dans la salle de bain.

SATISFAISANT mais avec réserves (le service chambre a été oublié un jour)

la proximité avec le domicile de ma famille

Cons:

nous fréquentons assez souvent l'établissement et avons constaté des imperfections notamment pour le petit déjeuner.
En effet pour la catégorie de l'hôtel il devrait avoir depuis longtemps un appareil autonome pour la préparation du café dont la plupart des établissements hôteliers sont équipés. pratique et surtout garant de propreté. de même le grille pain
doit aussi être remplacé car défectueux
