Instalaciones comunes y personal de cocina, sala, bar y animación.
Los servicios de restauración y de bar
La habitación asignada, sin aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, sin extracción en el baño y sin ventilación directa al exterior. La zona de dormitorio y baño es imposible mantenerla a una temperatura agradable
El trato recibido por los trabajadores y el buffet
El cierre de la piscina a las 18:00 es lo que arruinó las cinco estrellas. También vimos algunas cucarachas por el hotel.
El personal y las instalaciones
El personal te hace la estancia aún más agradable, el Hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy limpias y privadas
Quizás el bufete poca variedad en carnes recién hechas para las personas que disfrutamos de la proteína calentita y el agua bien fría. Pero es variado
Les chambres sont top, l endroit est très beau. Les repas bien mais franchement les desserts sont vraiment pas ouf.

Trop bruyant car c est un hôtel familial au bout de 2 semaines un peu a bout comme nous n avons plus d enfants en bas âge. Les activités ne sont pas ouf que pour les enfants pas soirée même les spectacles sont pour les enfants. On a participé 1 fois. Pas d en cas sucré l après midi que du salé.
La prochaine fois je ferai attention pour prendre un hôtel pour adulte.

Simpatia de alguns funcionários, sempre prontos a ajudar. Deram um lanche no check out pois o refeitório ainda estava fechado.

Hotel ubicado en una zona privilegiada. Muy limpio. Personal magnífico, destacar la animación de Enzo y la cocina de Goyo. Lo peor fue tenernos que ir.
Podrían poner algo más de variedad de platos calientes tanto para comer como para cenar. El pica pica del bar de piscina mucha diferencia de calidad entre platos. Nuggets y varitas de pescado muy básicas. Fingers de pollo y pizzas de Goyo de 10.
El alojamiento está muy bien calidad precio. La comida del bufet adecuada, con cosas interesantes. El personal majísimo, mención especial para la limpieza que Rocío hacía de nuestra habitación. El entretenimiento genial
Quizás que los horarios de comida estén más enfocados a huéspedes europeos
La piscina es pequeña para tanta gente
No me gusto que me dejen la habitación a las tres y me hagan irme a las 11 el día de la salida sin el detalle de que te dejen quedar un poco mas ya que hacen irme temprano. Lo que es lo mismo me jodieron el día de la salida
