Beautiful grounds, the main pool was a fantastic temperature and splash pool, a little cooler but still great. Food was delicious and lots of options with changes every day as well as the usual and different themes at dinner each night, my favourite was definitely the mrc

. I loved how they had one stall holder open up in front of the restaurant selling a variety with one having clothes, one jewellery and another with kids trinkets. Extremely family friendly, really clean and massive rooms with a huge balcony which came with a retractable clothes rack that was so handy for swimsuits. our flight was leaving late so after check out we could still use all the facilities and were able to book the courtesy room free of charge to get changed and shower.
Its a little bit of a trek getting around the complex when you have a buggy as theres different levels so lots of stairs and would have to go around the complex to get from our room to the resatutant/pool

Club à taille humaine idéale pour les petits, alors oui ça crie, sa rit, ça fait du bruit mais ce sont des enfants ! Le personnel est dévoué , attentionné et courageux surtout au buffet. Il y a un centre commercial à côté ( 5 mns) et la plage et sa promenade accessible à pieds. La nourriture est correct pour du all in avec un buffet pour les petits et sa vaisselle adaptées.
Les murs sont peu insonorisé du coup on entend des petits pleurer la nuit comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre.
Il personale è sempre stato accomodante, posizione vicina ai principali punti di attrazione (ad eccezione del Loro Parque), vasta scelta per il cibo.
Complesso carino e tranquillo, soprattutto la zona camere con giardinetti e piante. Lo staff tutto gentilissimo, personale alla reception in particolare, attento alle diverse esigenze.
Offrono molto servizi per bambini.
Qualità del cibo migliorabile così come la pulizia della zona ristorante. Anche la pulizia delle camere un po’ superficiale. Alcune camere sono semi interrate e quindi poco luminose e ariose.
Fantastic staff, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Jorge. Super welcoming and friendly. Wonderful customer service by all. Buffet was phenomenal. So much variety. I liked that there are chefs cooking fresh food in front of you. We could not have wanted more.
Rooms are basic. However, they are clean and the maid came in every day.

Very busy and noisy at times
Nagyon hangulatos szállás.A bőséges étel választék, a személyzet kedvessége, segítőkészsége nagyon kiemelkedő! Itt mindenki mosolygott, kedves volt.
Az italok minősége az egyetlen kifogásolnivaló pont. Főleg az alkoholos italok minősége és a kávé a reggeli kivételével szintén nagyon gyenge.
