Great food, nice pool and brilliant staff.
Pros:

Familiar and great staff.

Cons:

Only that I am disabled and I cannot manage the steps to the reception/in and out of the hotel. I love this hotel, but no good for disabled people.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo przestronne apartamenty. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. W pokojach czajnik i lodówka. Brałam opcję all inclusive, bardzo dobre różnorodne jedzenie.

Pros:

Nagyon hangulatos szállás.A bőséges étel választék, a személyzet kedvessége, segítőkészsége nagyon kiemelkedő! Itt mindenki mosolygott, kedves volt.

Cons:

Az italok minősége az egyetlen kifogásolnivaló pont. Főleg az alkoholos italok minősége és a kávé a reggeli kivételével szintén nagyon gyenge.

Awesome spot for vacations
Pros:

The menu has a great variety of food; our kids are super picky, but they could always find something to eat.
They mop the floor daily.
The all-inclusive package is awesome.

Cons:

The pool could have been warmer; it was fine for the little ones, but the ocean wasn't much colder. Our kids loved it so much anyway.

On our first day, I found a small cockroach (room 209), but I didn't see any more the rest of the week (I was very careful to spot any), so it probably came from outside.

Una splendida esperienza
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e perfetta per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Apprezzatissime le piscine e il parco ma anche il piccolo parco acquatico. Staff gentile e simpatico, spettacoli serali di qualità. Cibo con abbondante possibilità di scelta. Staff super gentile. Letti larghissimi e comodissimi, camera spaziosa. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare!

Pros:

We hadden ons geen mooiere huwelijksreis kunnen wensen. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons enorm welkom. Het hotel is prachtig en het personeel ongelooflijk vriendelijk. Overal merk je de kleine extra’s die het verblijf echt bijzonder maken.

Bij aankomst stond er al een prachtige zwaan van handdoeken op ons bed, een heel leuke verrassing. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, kregen we een uurtje later ook nog een fles cava van de hotelmanager op onze kamer. Zulke attenties waarderen wij enorm.

Het ontbijt was elke dag super. Lunch en avondeten waren meestal gelijkaardig, maar zeker lekker en er was voor ieder wat wils. Het zwembad is mooi en alles wordt heel hygiënisch onderhouden. Onze kamer werd dagelijks netjes gepoetst, wat ook erg aangenaam was.

Ook bij vragen stond de balie altijd klaar om ons verder te helpen.
