Please be informed that the spa will be closed for maintenance from 7 to 24 January 2027 and from 17 to 30 May 2027, inclusive.

During these periods, some beauty and relaxation services (such as massages and facial treatments) will still be available. If you would like to book any of these treatments, please let us know so that we can check availability.

Please note spa opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 until 14:00 and from 16:00 until 20:00
Sunday: 09:00 to 13:00

Please note, children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the spa.

Please note that from June to September check-in hours start at 15:00. This also applies for Easter Break and bank holidays.

Connecting rooms are available on request.

Please note that the additional charge for extra beds do not include a meal plan or breakfast for the guest. This needs to be paid separately.

Lo mejor la ubicación y el tener sitio para aparcar alrededor.
El desayuno también estuvo muy bien.
El personal muy amable

Cons:

El hotel no está mal pero no me pareció un cuatro estrellas.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, la cisterna del baño tampoco, se oía el ascensor desde la habitación y la almohada era bastante bajita para mí gusto.
Creo que tendrían que quitar la bañera y poner un plato ducha,se queda un poco anticuado e incómodo. Son pequeñas pegas que en conjunto no se descansa como esperas.

La habitación, las camas y equipaciones muy bien. Muy cómodas y limpias.
El desayuno espectacular, variedad de productos autóctonos riquísimos.

Cons:

La ducha de la habitación muy peligrosa para entrar y salir.
El Spa no tenía oferta de diversidad de piscinas, solamente la de sal y estaba deteriorado en los cierres de sauna y ducha de hielo, el hielo estaba apelmazado y no se podía utilizar. El yacuzi estaba averiado. La sauna turca con demasiada temperatura.

Suelo reservar una habitación doble pero esta vez, me gasté un poco más de dinero en una suite que prometía una habitación y un sofá cama.
Resultó ser una habitación del mismo tamaño que la doble, con una cama y un sofá roto, en el que no se podía dormir
Por lo que mi experiencia ha sido pésima, teniendo en cuenta que me prometieron unos servicios por más dinero y no los cumplieron, de hecho era más incómoda que una habitación doble.
Y como nota, una cosa es tener piscina y otra es cuidar la piscina, el agua estaba sucia y turbia y las duchas no funcionaban.

Pésimo.
Pros:

Bueno ,pedí una habitación doble con cama de matrimonio y cuando llegue me encuentro con dos camas separadas y una habitación pequeña por el mismo precio.
Y en la nevera ni un botellin de agua pequeña de bien venida .
Para un Hotel de 4 ESTRELLAS para mi parecer un poco pésimo.
Nosotros por su puesto no vamos a volver.
