Es war ruhig und schön, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, war willkommen

Cons:

Ich schreibe dies aber wirklich klagen auf dem hohen Niveau. Nur als Verbesserungsvorschläge😊Das Zimmer war renoviert , das Wasser spritzte von der Dusche in den Badezimmer, obwohl WC eine Türe hatte jedoch die Dusche nicht? Der Fernseher war irgendwie an der Ecke montiert? Nicht mittig an der Wand

Erholung mit toller Bergkulisse und schönem Zimmer
Pros:

Es war ein sehr tolle und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer und den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Auch das grosszügige Badezimmer mit den vielen Abstellflächen für die Kosmetiktaschen gefiel uns sehr. Die Raumgrösse war ebenfalls super.

Cons:

Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück oder ein Serviceangestellter, welcher uns Kaffee bringen würde, wäre toll gewesen. Auch beim Wellnessbereich fehlte uns Personal respektive eine Instruktion, da wir Wellness- sowie Textilfrei-Neulinge waren. Ansonsten alles super.

Sehr schön! Wenn Arosa, dann das Waldhotel.
Pros:

Teile des Hotels befindet sich im Umbau bzw. es werden Renovationen vorgenommen. Trotzdem war es möglich, den Aufenthalt in Ruhe zu geniessen; gefühlt wurde immer erst spät mit lärmigen Arbeiten begonnen, was das herrliche Schlafen nicht beeinträchtigt hat.
Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit , aufmerksam und im Umgang angenehm.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Haus verfügt über einen exzellenten Weinkeller. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit den hausgemachten Backwaren ist eigentlich nicht zu übertreffen!

Pros:

Frühstück, Abendessen und Wellness war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ob Wanderrouten oder Essenswünsche - man kam uns immer entgegen. Besonders anzusprechen ist Herr Akrem aus dem Service im Restaurant. Er war sehr zuvorkommend, konnte sich an Besonderheiten erinnern und hat charmant Witze gemacht.
