Pros:

У нас был номер с очень красивым видом на Альпы, этот вид сделал незабываемым наш отдых. Много времени проводили на балконе, любуясь этим видом. Номер идеально чистый, просторный. В номере нет ни кондиционера, ни холодильника.
Кровать, подушки очень удобные.
Сам отель очень тихий в летний период. Интерьер уже старенький и местами обветшал. Но в отеле отличный бассейн и неплохая баня. К сожалению не получилось посетить стейк хаус на верхнем этаже, который так хвалили, потому что он был на всю неделю забронирован для компании туристов. Мы 2 раза ужинали в ресторане на первом этаже. Еда вкусная. Цены средние для Санкт Морица. Выбор блюд очень скромный. Но это ладно.
Самое удивительное - это отвратительное обслуживание официантов. Такого хамоватого, грубого и неприветливого поведения, мне кажется,я еще не встречала. В первый вечер мы с мужем решили, что нам просто не повезло с официантом. Мужчина вел себя, так скажем,достаточно дерзко. На второй день был мой день рождения, после поездки в Тирано мы устали и решили никуда не выбираться, остаться в отеле. Во второй вечер нас обслуживала молодая особа, и это было просто ошеломительно. Про то, чтоб улыбнуться вообще не шло речи. Она обслуживала нас так, будто мы ей давно и много должны. Вишенкой на торте было то, что мы с мужем перед тем, как закончить с ужином, попросили счёт и вышли покурить на террасу. Так эта официантка заглянула демонстративно на террасу со счетом и вызывающе спросила: Мне 5 минут подождать или что!?

Я просто выпала в осадок. Хорошо муж сумел поставить ее на место, чем сделал мой вечер.
А вот на рецепции персонал очень внимательный, услужливый и максимально учтивый.

Cons:

Обслуживание в ресторане на первом этаже. Поведение официантов ужасное.
Отсутствие кондиционера.
Отсутствие холодильника.

camera molto grande e silenziosa, bella piscina
Personale alla reception top!

A large hotel, plenty of availablity, excellent facilities, friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, great room with direct access to terrace sun lounge roof from room. Great for taking my dog out at night and in morning. Dogs allowed in ALL areas of hotel, yes even the restaurant for dinner or breakfast. An unxpected bonus of a free lift pass for all mountain and bus transport in the area for duration of stay.
I’d visit again if I returned to this area. Recommend to anyone travelling with dogs or not.

Cons:

Charging 10CHF per night for parking when they have 3 large parking lots is a bit of a cheek! A bit out of the centre of St Moritz so a car or taxi needed if wanting to go into the town. Personally not a problem.

Nice location, friendly staff - in walking distance to St. Moritz (45 minutes).
Pros:

Very friendly staff, one of the guys did everything to serve us drinks at midnight while the bar was closed - much appreciated!

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could be slightly improved for this price class.

Never going back to this property.
Pros:

We booked the hotel based on the images shared on booking.com and location

Cons:

The hotel asked us to pay extra even though we had made full payment at the time of booking. It kept adding unreasonable charges on us on check out. After all the arguments they agreed to reduce the amount, yet they charged 110 CHF on our card after we left.

Nice clean modern room with good view of mountains and balcony. On site bar and restaurant good. Particularly the steak restaurant, top class. Restaurant staff attentive, engaging and fun. Reception team helpful. On site pool and sauna clean and spacious.

Cons:

Some of the hotel feels a little dated and geared to bus party’s.
