The staff is nice, location is ok, reachable by bus in 15’ from city center. Breakfast was good!

I enjoyed my stay at Europa!
Pros:

I loved the comfort in the rooms. The restaurants and bar onsite were amazing and convenient. My room was easy to access. I loved how clean the rooms were. The waiters at Steak and more were so helpful.

Cons:

There was no telephone in my room to communicate with staff. My heat didn’t work in my room. The technician never came to check it. I was moved to a room with heat my last night there. Which means for 2 nights I had no heat. The room I was moved too was much bigger and I loved that it had a tub.

Frühstück Standard, etwas Lachs und Bündner Spezialitäten wäre schön gewesen. Personal sehr freundlich auch mit Kindern zuvorkommend.
