Ordentliche Unterkunft mit potenzial im Gästeservice
Pros:

Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber ohne besondere Highlights. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen merkt. Für eine kurze Übernachtung erfüllt es seinen Zweck. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls solide, ausreichend Auswahl aber nichts, das besonders hervorsticht oder in Erinnerung bleibt.

Cons:

An der Rezeption wie auch beim Frühstück wirkte das Team eher reserviert und wenig bemüht, was weder zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre noch zu einem willkommenen Gefühl beigetragen hat. Den Parkplatz muss man noch zusätzlich zahlen. Unterm Strich ein durchschnittliches Hotel, das für eine pragmatische Übernachtung passt, aber kein Ort ist, an den man wegen des Erlebnisses zurückkehrt.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstück mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Berge. Genügend Parkplätze vorm Hotel vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer (Standard DZ) an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren leider sehr umkomfortabel: sobald man sich hingelegt hat, hat man die Metallspannfedern gespürt.

Value for money is poor. The room, the bed, the shower (cleanliness) did not fulfill the expectation. The hotel optimizes the revenue thanks to the shiny name of St. Moritz.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel hat leider meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Auswahl war insgesamt sehr begrenzt, insbesondere für Gäste mit speziellen Ernährungswünschen. Es gab beim Fleisch ausschließlich Schweinefleisch, und für Vegetarier beschränkten sich die Optionen im Grunde nur auf Käse, was wenig abwechslungsreich ist.

Auch der Service wirkte etwas unaufmerksam. Leere Platten wurden nur zögerlich nachgefüllt, und selbst grundlegende Dinge wie Besteck fehlten zeitweise und wurden nicht schnell genug ersetzt. Dadurch entstand ein eher chaotischer Eindruck.

Insgesamt besteht hier definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial – sowohl bei der Vielfalt des Angebots als auch bei der Organisation und Aufmerksamkeit im Service.

Good but need to fix the rooms

The location was good,

Cons:

I couldn't breath well without opening the window to sleep. Once we are in the room after some minutes. Its start. Is as if there was mold in the room. Please they should look into it. My friends also experienced it. Not just me. Its was too much. Was told its newly renovated. But why cant we breathe. Our nose was blocked. Once we are put we are fine

Pros:

Lounge do hotel com lareira e piano foi claramente o ponto alto. Bem como o jantar no último piso do hotel. Comida óptima, com funcionários prestáveis! Um aplauso ao Chef Nuno que nos regalou com uma bela refeição!
