Good but need to fix the rooms

The location was good,

Cons:

I couldn't breath well without opening the window to sleep. Once we are in the room after some minutes. Its start. Is as if there was mold in the room. Please they should look into it. My friends also experienced it. Not just me. Its was too much. Was told its newly renovated. But why cant we breathe. Our nose was blocked. Once we are put we are fine

Lounge do hotel com lareira e piano foi claramente o ponto alto. Bem como o jantar no último piso do hotel. Comida óptima, com funcionários prestáveis! Um aplauso ao Chef Nuno que nos regalou com uma bela refeição!

Es war im ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung, Pool, Frühstück, Lobby. Piano Bar.

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers, war weiter weg. Fehlende Löffel beim Frühstück. Raucher beim Hotel Eingang.

Lage ist ok.Frühstück war Standard.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht übermäßig motiviert und nicht serviceorientiert.(Dienst nach Vorschrift!).Das Zimmer entsprach nicht im Entferntesten den Bildern aus dem Internet.

Beautiful and quality hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Very good quality, situated close to St Moritz (lake and amenities).

Loved this stay. Good quality for price. Really beautiful entrance and pianist playing live.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast, rooms and areas to room. Spacious.

Cons:

Bedroom was a bit on the small side but still really lovely and good quality, bathroom was very self contained.
