Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wir haben uns alle super wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Grosse Zimmer, Poolanlage, komfortable Betten, gratis Parkplatz

Cons:

Check-in war nur in Englisch möglich, was für uns jedoch kein Problem war.

Very limited storage in room considering it's a key ski hotel and ski clothes take up a lot of space. Not enough lighting to be able to see in side wardrobe

Würde wieder in das Hotel einchecken

Schönes Hotel mit viel Holz

Cons:

Rezeption spricht nur Englisch oder Italienisch. Kein Problem für mich ich kann beide Sprachen gut

gute Lage, hat direkt ein Restaurant, Morgenessen inklusive, Spa, bequeme Betten, schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Personal konnte kein Deutsch wirklich, Duschkopf hielt nicht an der Halterung, Spa Wasser hätte etwas sauberer sein können

An older, run-down hotel and poor service. Downgraded room. I do not recommend.
Pros:

Clean hotel.
A very nice, newer swimming pool.

Cons:

-A run-down hotel.

-Even though I had reserved a better room with a bidet, sofas, and a mountain view, I was given a room without these amenities. (When I reported it, they offered older rooms with stale carpets, so I stayed in the first one.)
The receptionist said she would speak to the manager about it, but she never followed up.

-A relatively poor selection of food at breakfast.

-A view of a nearby construction site.

-Poor soundproofing in the room—you could hear vehicles from the nearby street.
