Werde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das es neben dem Hotel eine Busshaltestelle gab.

Cons:

Wasserkocher war nicht der richtige Stecker dran. Wurde auch nicht ersetzt, hatte einfach keiner.In der Schweiz gehe
ich nicht davon aus Adapter mitzunehmen. WC läuft die ganze Nacht.
Musste für den Safe extra Schlüssel holen. Hotel und Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Personal spricht kein Deutsch. Für mich ganz klar kein 4 Stern. Man sollte es überprüfen. Bin mir anderes gewohnt von 4 Stern Hotels.

Frisch renovierte Zimmer (Suite)

Cons:

Generell Sprachbarriere zum Personal (sprechen leider kein Italienisch). Limitiertes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr italienisch geprägt (nur helles Brot, sehr viele süsse Sachen), leider doch anders als im Vorfeld zugesichert keine vegane Optionen.

Ab Frühling 2026 wird es sehr viel Lärm von der Großbaustelle nebenan geben -> Tipp: Zimmer mit Balkon

Pros:

Súper agradable y cómodo las instalaciones están muy limpias el personal es muy agradable y las habitaciones son preciosas, tienen unas vistas muy bonitas, la piscina es climatizada está abierta todo el año y el horario es muy amplio, perfecto para relajarte después de esquiar, al igual que la sauna, ambas están muy limpias sin duda si vuelvo volveré a quedarme en este hotel la experiencia ha sido perfecta, el desayuno estaba muy rico

Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, man fühlt sich gleich wohl

Cons:

Dies ist meine persönliche Meinung: die Kissen sind sehr weich. Eine Flasche Wasser oder eine Karaffe hat mir gefehlt.

Location. Central, approximately 4 minutes walk from Parsennbahn. However, take precaution on the sidewalk in winter, it might be icy.

Cons:

If you fancy a Cappuccino for breakfast, use a glass and not a cup as depicted; with the cup, the coffee will spill over :-)

Zimmer und Lage top, Personal leider flop
Pros:

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war super. Es hatte eine kleine Küche und war sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Auch die Lage war super, gleich neben der Parsennbahn (ca. 4min Fussweg). Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Brot war jeden Tag frisch und sehr fein.

Cons:

Das Personal war leider allgemein eher unfreundlich und gar nicht kundenorientiert. Leider hat auch fast niemand wirklich gut Deutsch gesprochen. Beim Empfang während dem Check-in wurden wir sehr unmotiviert empfangen und die Infos waren auch eher spärlich.
In unserem Zimmer hat die Balkontüre geklemmt und wir konnten diese nicht wieder schliessen. Wir haben dies dann beim Empfang gemeldet aber diese waren nur mässig an einer Problemlösung orientiert und sagten uns nur, dass gerade kein Handwerker im Haus sei und sie auch nichts machen können (es war Mittwoch). Erst nach mehrmaligem nachfragen und drängen von uns kam dann 2 Tage später mal jemand vorbei und hat die Balkontüre einigermassen reparieren können.

Gutes Hotel, gerne wieder !!!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und alle Speisen frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wäre eine grössere Garderobe wünschenswert, da beim Skifahren häufig mehrere Jacken und Kleidungsstücke zum Trocknen anfallen. Die Fenster sind allerdings bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Beim Frühstück hat mir lediglich eine Auswahl an frischem Gemüse gefehlt.

Esperienza positiva
Pros:

La camera era ben pulita e spaziosa per 2 persone. Davos Platz si raggiunge in 10 minuti con l'autobus (la fermata è letteralmente di fianco l'hotel). La colazione è ricca e variegata (ho particolarmente apprezzato la bresaola). Anche l'area benessere è degna di nota (piscina per nuotare, bagno turco e sauna).

Cons:

Il Wifi era discontinuo. L'espresso della macchinetta non era il massimo. La tv ha solo canali svizzeri.
