Pros:

かなり設備が整っていて、ゆっくり滞在したい場所でした。ただ、最寄りのバス停、駅から少し遠く、道も坂のためそこが気になりました。
スタッフの方々はとても優しく、丁寧に接してくれました。

素晴らしい経験ができました。ホテルの方は全員親切です。大自然の中、バイクを借りたりパークを探索したりプールに入ったり室内ゲーム室もあり、4泊しましたがずっと楽しく過ごせました。予約制でチャイルドケアをお願いできるのですが6歳の息子は毎日行きたがっていました。また必ず戻ってきます。

Pros:

Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing.

Charming Family Hotel
Pros:

Great family hotel well located in the Engadin, with fantastic views. Check-in was smooth and professional with a welcoming glass of prosecco. Room was a good size and clean. You have the option to choose different pillows so I got the same type I use at home. Breakfast buffet has a great choice, with the option to order additional dishes. It goes on to 11am which is great for late risers (me!) or those who like to eat after morning exercise. Food on the terrace and Giodi is all good too. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Pontresina

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende beim Hotel Saratz erlebt und können es nur empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und man sieht, dass jeder Mitarbeiter sich darum kümmert, alle Bedürfnisse der Gästen zu erfüllen. Das Essen war von einer guten Qualität, jeden Tag konnte man etwas Neues ausprobieren. Der Wellness-Bereich ist gross und gepflegt. Mit den Corona-Massnahmen hat es auch sehr gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgerüstet, mit einem schönen Stil. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Bad war riesig. Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen und kommen wieder zurück.

Down to earth luxury !!!
Pros:

We stayed at the new section during Christmas 2019. Although the furnishing was outdated, yet the space the views and the services were great!

The breakfast excellent and the Gala superb!!!

They were responding to any help service or advice we asked for. The SPA very very good. Do not miss a Gin a tonic made by Patrick!!!

I totally recommend It!!!
