Tolles Hotel mit ehrlichem, engagiertem Personal
Pros:

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage am Rand der Altstadt war perfekt, und für unsere E-Bikes gab es eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit.

Ein besonderes Erlebnis möchte ich noch hervorheben: Ich hatte im Hotel meinen Ehering verloren, was ich erst am Abend bemerkt habe. Auf meinen Anruf hin wurde mir zugesagt, noch einmal genau im Zimmer nachzuschauen und sich danach wieder bei mir zu melden. Tatsächlich wurde der Ring gefunden und mir anschließend per Post nach Hause geschickt. Diese Zuverlässigkeit und der freundliche Service haben uns sehr beeindruckt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und das Hotel liegt in der Churer Altstadt.

Pros:

A reggeli bőséges, változatos és minőségben teljesen megfelelő volt. A recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt.
4 db parkolóhely áll rendelkezésre a hotel részére a szomszédos utcában, egy zárt belső udvaron. Érdemes foglaláskor jelezni a parkolási szándékot, hogy biztosan legyen hely. A környék nagyon szép és hangulatos, sikátoros kis utcák éttermekkel, bárokkal. A pályaudvar 10 perc sétára van, ahonnan a Bernina expressz is indul Tirano végállomásig.

Cons:

Sajnos a szobában nincs kiépített klíma, csak egy álló ventillátor keveri a levegőt. Éjszaka nagyon meleg volt a szobában.
Nincs hűtőszekrény sem, pedig jó lett volna néhány dolgot lehűteni a nagy melegben.

Wir waren nun schon zweimal bei Ihnen und kommen wieder.
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nasszelle Du/WC.
Die Better waren bequem.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum wurde Speck gebraten und das hat sehr stark gerochen, sogar bis in den 3. Stock.
Zum Glück war es in der Nacht recht kühl geworden. Aber während dem Tag reichte der Ventilator kaum um den Raum zu kühlen.
