Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
I am only filling in because I am still getting reminders 3 weeks after we stayed there. It was OK but the staff I thought were a bit disinterested. Good enough service but none of the warmth or welcoming that we got from all the other places we stayed at in Switzerland. They were a bit cold. So I would normally not bother to do a review. I only do for really good or really bad

The highlight hotel of our trip.
We loved this place but there was one minor thing we'd mention for future guests: Although there was a lift to the first floor where our room was located, there were a few steps up and then down (like a bridge) before we got there. It reminded me of the layout of the Fawlty Towers first floor (a reference to 1970s UK TV!).
