Pros:

食事会場のスタッフさんがすごい優しくて好きになった。頼れるパパってかんじ

スイスの雰囲気を満喫
Pros:

外観も内装もとても可愛く、ヨーロッパに来た！という気持ちになれます。
古さはあるものの、お部屋は広くて快適でした。
スリッパが用意されてるのも有り難かったです。

フロントのスタッフの方も親切でゆっくり英語で話してくれました。また荷物を預けられるので、チェックイン前にサンモリッツの街を散歩出来ました。

朝食会場からの景色が良く、サンモリッツ湖を眺めながら食事できます。宿泊費は高いですが、スイスの雰囲気を満喫できるホテルだと思います。

Cons:

丘の上にあるため、サンモリッツ駅から坂を登って15分〜20分程かかります。道中レンガが敷き詰められたガタガタ道を通るので、重いスーツケースなどは少し大変です。

朝食に野菜がないので、野菜や温かい料理があれば嬉しいなと思いました。

Unangenehmer, abgestander Rauch fast im ganzen Hotel!!
Pros:

Das traditionelle, schöne Hotel, die Lage, die ÖV-Anbindung.
Positiv: die Dame im Service am Morgen beim Frühstücksbuffet und auch am letzten Abend im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Wir mussten uns alles erfragen; das Hotelrestaurant war aus Personalgründen 2 Tage geschlossen, die Infos dazu kamen nur sehr spärlich! Das schlimmste aber war, dass eine der Empfangsdamen sehr oft am Rauchen an der Bar war! Immer wieder sah man sie mit ihrem Zigarettenpäckli vom Empfang rüber zu Bar laufen! Ein Hinweis für ein Fumoir suchten wir vergebens, die Tür der Bar stand immer offen, so dass es bis zu den Etagen mit den Hotelzimmern nach Rauch stank! Eine Erfahrung, welche wir seit Jahrzehnten in keinem unserer Hotels auf unseren zahlreichen internationalen Reisen mehr erlebt hatten! Wir empfanden den abgestandenen Rauchgeruch im Hotel als sehr unangenehm!

A great choice to see St Moritz
Pros:

Beautiful traditional hotel with so much character, very kind staff and super location. The view from restaurant at breakfast was stunning - breakfast was delicious. Also the view from the bar was wonderful - and such a fabulous interesting place to have a drink

Cons:

Somehow there was a continuous smell of cigarette smoke. Our room was on 2nd floor and we could smell it also up there.
