Guesthouse in a great location with benefits from the associated hotel
Pros:

Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant for dinner in the hotel nearby. Entrance to the Spa in the nearby Hotel was included, which was amazing! Great location in beautiful and calm area a little outside of Davos, but with regular train and bus connections very well served. From the Parsenn Ski area (which you can reach by bus) you can eventually reach the guest house (or hotel) on your skies. The lake of Davos is reachable by a approximately 20min walk. In the basement was a room for the ski equipment.

The room was simple but offered everything we needed. If you wish more comfort, take a room in the hotel itself.

Sehr schöne Spa und Haupthaus angenehm und schön renovierte Räume, Nebenhaus auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen
Pros:

Es gibt sehr schöne Zimmer im Haupthaus und ein tolles Spa.

Cons:

Das Nebenhaus ist nicht dem Preis entsprechend, es riecht sehr stark, Möbel teils runtergekommen und unangenehm, lauter Strassenlärm. Erst nach mehrfacher Beschwerde wurde uns bei Übelkeit durch den Geruch ein schönes Zimmer im Haupthaus angeboten.

Cons:

Preis für 1 Übernachtung (1Person) im Gästehaus viel zu teuer!!!
Gebucht als Doppelzimmer aber kurzfristig 1 Person abgesagt.

Eigentlich war es ein Einzelzimmer, aber da geplant war für zwei, wurde ein Zusatzbett reingestellt.
CHF 216 inkl. Kurtaxen viel zu teuer!

Pros:

Die Lage und die Sauna. Ausserhalb der Stadt, aber sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar (Zug und Busse), was zu empfehlen ist, da im Zentrum fast immer Staus, v.a. wenn Anlässe sind wie der Spengler Cup oder noch schlimmer beim WEF.

Cons:

Das Zimmer in der Dependance war sauber, aber nicht besonders und das Bad war sehr eng. Der Geruch von der Waschmaschine im Eingangsbereich war penetrant. Ich würde bei frühzeitiger Buchung im Hauptgebäude oder im Anbau ein Zimmer nehmen.
