O tamanho do quarto, bem espaçoso, toalhas e roupões confortáveis.
Não gostei do café da manhã, achei que deixou a desejar no sabor e preparo. Poucas opções também. A limpeza do chão do quarto tbm deixou a desejar, dava pra ver as manchas de sujeira no chão do hall entre quarto e banheiro.
Localização ótima.
Em geral o hotel é um pouco antigo.

We really loved that the receptionist spoke Spanish. Laura was very knowledgeable and kind. We felt like family in this place!
We stayed too little! This place has amazing views to the lake!!!
Very classic hotel. It was tastefully designed and decorated. It was right in the middle of the town. You could hear the church bells in your room during the daytime. Room was very quiet and has a nice window with the view of old town.
Reception was very helpful actively telling us about how to take shortcut and use the public lifts to the lakeside and station which is very helpful to explore the town like St Moritz.

Decoration and interior design.
The bed was honestly the worst we’ve seen. It gave us back pain and we couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep, it was beyond soft. The pillows weren’t any better.
There’s also a big noise problem. You can literally hear everything, not just from the room next door, but from upstairs, downstairs… even small conversations and tiny noises.
It also took us a couple of hours to figure out how to enter the Wi-Fi password, and even after we finally connected, the internet kept cutting off
