Pros:

Central location, parking in front of the hotel (better than down at the train station), very nice breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff - arrived late but my room keys were waiting already. Good coffee and in house made cakes !

Pros:

I did not like the property

I paid extra for a room advertised as having a lake view. When I arrived, the lake was completely blocked by a large, mature tree directly in front of the room. It was obvious the tree had been there for years, so the hotel was well aware that this room did not have the advertised view. Despite bringing the issue to the staff’s attention, they refused to offer any solution, alternative room, or compensation. Charging a premium for a “lake view” room with no visible lake is misleading and very disappointing.

Personal muy amable pero cierran la recepción de 12 a 15 hrs .Lo que no estaba escrito en la pagina

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado lo cual resulta muy incómodo el descanso.Pedimos sin bañera pero no lo consideraron.Nos dieron disculpas pero no es suficiente ya que era un riesgo para nosotros por tener más de ochenta años

St. Moritz: vista e accoglienza eccellenti, moquette da dimenticare
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica e rappresenta sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Il letto era davvero comodo e il bagno impeccabile, perfettamente pulito.

Cons:

La moquette in camera purtroppo è risultata il punto più critico del soggiorno. Appariva datata, macchiata e poco curata, dando una sensazione generale di scarsa igiene. Per una struttura con questo livello di prezzo, ci si aspetterebbe una soluzione più moderna e curata, anche considerando gli standard attuali. La presenza di un piccolo tappeto ai piedi del letto sembrava quasi un tentativo di coprire la situazione, ma senza successo. È sicuramente un aspetto che andrebbe rivisto e aggiornato."

Affordable comfortable stay with great views across the lake.
Pros:

A homely, comfortable hotel, in an amazing location. Great views from the balcony and good sized rooms.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathtub was very high from the bathroom floor, making it unsafe to step out of the bathtub.

Pros:

A szállás a St. Moritz-i tó felett a hegyen helyezkedik el. A panoráma a szobából gyönyörű volt. A belváros pár 100 méteren belül gyalog elérhető. Maga a szálloda a régies vonalat képviseli, mind a bútorzat, mind a felszereltség szempontjából. Ettől függetlenül tiszta és rendezett. Csak átutazóban egy éjszakát szálltunk meg. Arra tökéletes.

Cons:

Az ár nem tartalmaz reggelit. Csak külön felárért kérhető. A parkolás itt is pofátlanul drága. 25 CHF/éjszaka.
Egy kávé gép jó lett volna a szobában.
Illetve itt is mint több más svájci hotelben a fali ajzatok EU szabvány dugókkal nem használhatók. Mindenképp kell adapter. A recepción elérhető.
