Friendly staff

Cons:

The Bathroom was extremely small. Especially the shower. I would call us relatively slim and sportive but even for us it was hard to wash our feet in the shower.

Das perfekte Hotel , um sich ein paar Tage verwöhnen zu lassen und die schöne Umgebung zu geniessen
Pros:

Wir fühlten uns als Gäste sehr willkommen. Alles wird achtsam gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und kompetent. Die Lage ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Das Pool ist etwas klein, wenn viele Gäste es gleichzeitig benutzen.

Ein gelungenes Wochenende am Bodensee
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See und ist sensationell. Das Personal ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit und wirklich extrem freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team, unser Aufenthalt bei euch war von A bis Z ein absoluter Genuss. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Kellnerinnen und Kellner verstehen ihr Handwerk. Die Wellness-Oase mit Blick auf den See ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Das das Wochenende so kurz war, war der einzige Wermutstropfen😉

War okey.. aber unfreundliches Personal geht gar nicht!

Der Spa-Bereich hat uns gefallen.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker!

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr staubig, die Terrasse voller Spinnennetz… nicht mal Hotelslipper gibt es. Man kann im Spa-Bereich welche für 20 Franken kaufen? Euer ernst?

...im Hotel Bad Horn stimmt einfach alles.
Das nette Personal, die hübschen Zimmer, die hochwertigen Materialen, das reichhaltige feine Frühstück und die sensationelle Lange am Bodensee...:-)
