Lage, Zimmer (ohne Nasszelle) + Frühstück ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

Die Nasszelle im Zimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem Bad Horn Standard und müsste dringend erneuert werden ! (Zimmer 121)

gutes bett, angenehm kühl

Cons:

wir haben die suite 235 gebucht. die „seesicht“ war leider nur teilweise gut, wurde durch den vorderen turm verdeckt. wir hatten uns so auf den sonnenaufgang gefreut.

For old couples and use of spa facilities

Very beautiful views
And AnaEleana at the spa was exceptional and professional and friendly and sweet to our granddaughter and us, she made the stay, worth it.

Cons:

The breakfast was rolled away before the close at 10 am, and the staff were clearly not helpful when you came to eat after 9:30, to even include telling us we only had 10 min to eat. Not all staff but the hostess persons. And we chose then not to eat at all in the hotel. We did receive room service and it was better.
After 5:00 there is nothing for children to do and clients comfortably tell children they are not allowed in pool, even when there might be only one person in the pool and out in 5 min.
Not a place for children, even very well behaved children as our granddaughter is.

Unser Aufenthalt im Bad Horn war grossartig! Gepflegtes Hotel an Top-Lage, saubere und modernes SPA, zuvorkommender Service, höchste Gaszfreundschaft und ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Amazing location directly on the lake, this is why we love to come and the price is fair!
Pros:

Directly on the lake, fantastic wellness area. The breakfast is great selection and the terasse beautiful. There was always enough space for us everywhere we wanted to be.

Cons:

The restaurant staff was friendly but stressed. The dinner food was ok.
