Très joli hotel, idéalement situé en plein centre de la magnifique ville de Rapperswil et à 2 pas du port et du lac, des rues piétonnes.
La literie est exceptionnelle! Chambre très propre.
Petit déjeuner vraiment trop simple, peu de choix.
Et ce qui nous a embêté, c’est le parking: obligé d’être de retour à 23:00, sinon vous ne pouvez plus y accéder! Donc ol vaut mieux parquer la voiture dans la zone non réservée à l’hôtel.

Very nice room and view. Clean and comfortable. Shower was very high end (though I had to fix the knob that made the rain head work). Breakfast was simple but high quality and delicious.

The location is great for transport, shopping and sight-seeing.

Excellent location, impeccably clean, and helpful staff. It’s a no frills stay, more of a business/convenience hotel than luxury but the location can’t be beat.

Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. The water also randomly and repeatedly went from scalding hot to cold during my showers which was fun. Other than that, its a no frills hotel but clean (aside from the construction) and in a good location (right across from the train station). I chose this place because of its location and the gym which is actually offsite but thats not a big deal. I might give it a try again and hope its better next time.

A very nice hotel the girls at reception were very sweet and helpful!! The breakfast was excellent!! They also had free bike rentals a nice touch on an already nice hotel. I give the hotel an overall rating of 5 stars!!

Gutes Hotel

Ich bin ab und zu beruflich in Rapperswil und übernachte dann immer sehr geen im Sorell Hotel Speer. Lage, Ausstattung, Service und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter - das ist alles sehr schön und angenehm. Und das Frühstücksbuffet ist total lecker.

A nice room with comfortable beds. Our room was quiet since it was in the back. Good breakfast with different choices. Parking in a nearby parking house, about 75 meters away.

Läget prefekt med gångavstånd till järnvägsstationen. Nära till strandpromenden och ligger i centrum!
