Experiência quase perfeita
Pros:

Great location, greater service.
Pros:

amazing location, amazing service, would 1000000% recommend and go again. Staff uniformly friendly. Clearly made efforts to welcome us. Remembered us later in the day. The location is steps away from the train station. Will definitely return if we come back to Zurich.

Spacious room with 2 bath, the staff were very nice, however I think the lobby is dated and needs an upgrade for a 5 sta
Pros:

I had a family room which was spacious and with 2 bath.

Cons:

Good location but I would rate the property as a 4 star; the lobby and the elevators are dated.
