Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich

This is one of our favorite hotels and stayed here last year. The staff is amazing. They go beyond any expectations to help you. One of our wheels came off our luggage and they did everything to fix it.

The rooms we booked were spacious, clean and very comfortable. After traveling internationally, a good nap in a comfy bed is just what we wanted.

The location of the hotel is across the street from the train station and the staff at the hotel will meet you to help you with luggage. The major shopping street is at the corner of the hotel and the beautiful lake and hotel is just down the street.

O café da manha é muito dispendioso apesar da qualidade de produtos oferecida . Os porteiros do hotel sáo excelentes e cordiais , especialmente o Sr Antonio que me ajudou muito com as minhas bagagens

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful. The front desk was especially great in assisting with dining reservations.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the thoughtful touches you would expect from a hotel at this level. We did have an issue with the rain shower not working. I mentioned it just so it could be addressed at some point and made it clear it was not a big deal. When I returned, they recognized me immediately and let me know they had attempted a fix but needed a part. They also offered to move us to another room, which I declined.

Despite that, they went above and beyond. When we came back later that evening, they had left a bottle of champagne and strawberries in the room along with another apology. It was not necessary, but it was a great example of how much they genuinely care about their guests. Things happen at any hotel. What matters is how they respond, and they handled it exceptionally well.

The nightly chocolate cart is a fun and unique touch that we have not seen elsewhere. It is almost worth staying in the room so you do not miss it.

Breakfast was just average and did not quite match the overall level of the hotel, especially for the price. Overall pricing is on the higher end, but it feels appropriate for a special occasion or splurge.

This hotel was the perfect landing spot for a couple of. Nights before we set out on our train adventure of Switzerland. Rooms are elegant as is the rest of the hotel, service was top notch. We enjoyed our stay at three Schweizerhof hotels in Switzerland and loved them all

Frühstück in einem Licht durchfluteten Saal, reichhaltiges Buffet mit Lebensmitteln von hõchster Qualität, Bedienung professionell , sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend.
Auch das Restaurant in diesem Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Ruhiger gediegener Rahmen . Sorgfältig und durchdacht zusammengestellte Speisekarte: saisonal und bewährt.
