Beautiful hotel right on the water with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
We enjoyed a very quick stay. The staff was kind and attentive, the views from the rooftop bar and restaurant were extraordinary, and the dinner was excellent. They assured us that "normal" clothes at the restaurant were fine, but many diners were elegant. The family suite was quite nice. Great place to stay!

Amazing service and outstanding location!
If walking to the property from Zurich HB, walk and take the tram down to paradeplatz, then walk over going past Zeughauskeller restaurant. This is the most efficient way and easier if carrying luggage. Google maps won’t suggest this
Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal.
We had 2 stays. First room OK; second room very small and not comfortable.
Only positive comments about this very nice hotel in the center of Zurich’s old town. Location, location, location!

The best customer service at the Front desk, they were able to make wonderful recommendations for our stay there. It was in a great location for walking and sightseeing. We will definitely stay there again.
It was my birthday weekend, they gave a lovely surprise at breakfast.m, also sent champagne to my room.The room itself was very clean I didn’t want to mess the carpet with my shoes. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty options to choose from. Walking distance to all the attractions. Well equipped gym which I got to use. One of, if not the best hotels I’ve ever stayed.
