Ganz ok, etwas teuer, ist halt ZH Stadt.

From a smooth, courteous and welcoming check in to an even amazing check out with Alecia. The entire team was naturally good at excellent customer service.

I purchased a converter plug from the US and it didn’t work. It tripped off the electric. An expression that the team uses is “ no worries”
I really found it reassuring and down right tension reducing. It’s like Jamaica in Europe. Lol. You know what I mean if you’ve ever traveled to Jamaica. This was in stark contrast to another hotel that I stayed at here in Zurich.

The bedding is spot on and the rooms were very clean and the layout was thoughtful. I absolutely loved the deep soaking tub/shower.

The location is perfect. Located not far from a beautiful lake, community shops with organic produce, fresh juice and foods to stock your refrigerator.

I can not say enough positive adjectives to describe the restaurant staff. They prepare delicious breakfasts. The coffee with milk was probably the best I’ve had since visiting Portugal. The room purchased a room with “breakfast included”. I’m so happy I did because it was so delicious and freshly prepared with service that I’ve not seen in America for at least 30 years. It was so wonderful to stay at this hotel and I can not wait to return with my husband and adult kids, friends and retreat clients. It’s not far from the airport and a great spot to launch cool railway excursions throughout Switzerland and nearby countries by beautiful panoramic trains and ferries.

I loved this hotel. They made me feel so welcomed as being my first time in Zurich. I will 100% recommend this hotel. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

Very nicely furnished, modern hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. You can easily walk to the lake and old town but the tram also stops practically in front of the hotel.

Rooms were too small and dark

Nice and quiet. Easy to get by using train. Breakfast buffet does not have a variety though

What an absolutely wonderful stay in beautiful Zurich! This hotel was perfect for our family with spacious, clean rooms in a great location. We stayed with our toddler and they provided a travel crib free of charge. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

エレベーターが5階までしかないため、6階の部屋まで階段で運ぶ必要があった。スタッフが運んでくれたが、不便だった。
部屋は綺麗で、ジェットバスがあり、とても快適でした。
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切な対応で満足です。

Property is pristine and the staff are very friendly and professional - they went above and beyond to make my family’s stay very comfortable. The location is very superb and convenient.

Staff are super lovely and accommodating. Excellent location near the lake and main hub (bars and restaurants). Housekeeping were thoughtful. Overall would recommend for a comfortable and safe stay!

Outstanding hotel! Great staff, rooms, breakfast and bar. The location is excellent with a trolley stop just a half block away that takes you to all the points of interest. We will be back!

Fantastic hotel and lovely staff. There was an issue with our room during our stay and we got moved to an upgraded room. Definitely recommended as the location is excellent within walking distance of central Zurich without the noise.

They were very tidy and prompt. I found it quite comfortable and quiet for a business trip to Zurich.

Good Location, the Roms are a bit small and I am not a Big fan of tub/shower - combined. Profashional nespresso machine. Good breakfast and Nice staff.
