location to banhof, excellent breakfast, spacious room
bathtub was deep to get into for shower…could use handicap grips.
Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux et la propreté de la chambre .
il faisait très chaud à l'extérieur et il n'y avait pas de climatiseur ou du moins un petit frigo pour y mettre des aliments au frais .
Hôtel parfaitement situé à deux pas de la gare et de commerces alimentaires. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. La décoration des parties communes et des chambres est reflechie et de bon goût.
Chambre sans climatisation sous les toits : la.chaleur y était insupportable, impossible de dormir. Présence d'un ventilateur rempli de poussière qu'on respirait quand on le mettait en route. Dans la chambre, il y avait le plateau de la bouilloire, mais pas la bouilloire, il manquait une des deux appliques sur le lit. L'installation électrique était limitée. Ménage laissant à désirer.
En résumé : l'hôtel a été pensé avec goût mais se détériore car il n'est pas entretenu.c'est dommage car il y a du potentiel.
Wir durften früher einchecken und bis zum Bezug der Zimmer, konnten wir unsere Koffer zur Aufbewahrung abgeben.
Es gab wenigstens ein Ventilator zur Abkühlung.
Das Bad war leider sehr alt, in den Silikonfugen war Schimmelpilz und einige Stangen waren nicht richtig fest gemacht, wenn man sie angefasst hat, kamen sie aus der Wand.

Il n'y avait pas de place au parking de l'hôtel, et surtout pas de climatisation alors que nous étions au 5eme étage dans une chambre mansardée.
Location to train station. Our TV was not working. On a positive note, they did get this working. Reception staff were friendly.

Price is right, I guess. This is Zurich, after all. The low cost is and proximity to the train station are really the only things going for this hotel.
Room was underwhelming, small with a broken shower installation. Breakfast was whelming but not overly so.
Well located a 5 minute walk from the station, we actually stayed in a sister hotel a few minutes walk away so unable to rate Hotel Montana other that the breakfast which we used and was very good
Reception was not open when we arrived as the guy was dealing with something in another part of the hotel. This was a bit concerning as it was 11pm and we had been travelling all day however when he did show up he was very efficient.
Good hotel with a convenient location. It’s within walking distance of the train station and offers easy access to the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. Clean, comfortable, and highly accessible.
The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, only a fan, so we had to keep the window open to stay cool.

An dem Hotel Montana in Zürich hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Es ist nahe am Hauptbahnhof und 1 Straße weiter ist der Busbahnhof, den wir für Touren angesteuert haben. Auch der Park und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Da wir mit dem Nachtzug angereist sind, war es uns eine große Hilfe, die Gepäckaufbewahrung im Hotel am Check-In und Check-Out Tag nutzen zu können. Egal ob man ein Problem im Zimmer festgestellt oder man eine Frage hatte, das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich ( Wenn der Ventilator nicht richtig eingestellt werden kann, ist es ratsam unten am Empfang zu fragen!). Das Frühstück war für unsere Verhältnisse sehr vielseitig. Es gab Müsli, Gebäck, Rührei etc. Auch, dass man den Frühstückssaal als Aufenthaltsraum im Laufe des Tages nutzen konnte, fanden wir sehr positiv. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung für Zürich.
Die Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung. Uns hätte persönlich ein bisschen weniger Tisch dafür mehr Schrank und mehr Licht gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung an sich ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es war etwas staubig an manchen Ecken aber alles funktionierte zweckgemäß. Zugegeben, wenn man eine warme Woche (so wie wir) erwischt, hätte eine Klimaanlage gut getan. Wir haben stattdessen aber mit Lüften, Verdunklung der Fenster über den Tag und dem Ventilator auch etwas Frische reinbringen können.
