Location was good, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.
The room was too hot and there was no way to cool it down other than opening the window. The street below was full of drunken, lively people who woke me up several times during the night.
Healthy options and coffee because i work in Healthcare. We're all addicted to it

It's by the guerre.
The beds are very uncomfortable and bad things happen. The door wouldn't shut properly unless you slammed it shut. This led to security issues. There is a construction site next to the hotel and they start work early in the morning. There is a sex shop next to the construction site.

Thin walls, woke up a few times at night just because someone closed a door or talked.

I searched for the least expensive hotel within easy walking distance of the Zurich HB train station, and this fully meets that description, but it was nonetheless very expensive compared to what we have been paying for the last 3 weeks. Breakfast and Wifi were good and included with the room.
NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! It was 85F (30 C) in Zurich at 6pm, and I completely missed the fact that this place had no air conditioning. We arrived in the lobby (walking past the porn shop next door) to other guests at the front desk complaining and asking for fans because their rooms either didn't have one, or their fan didn't work. The desk attendant basically told them "too bad" or "tough luck" - there was nothing he could do. Our room did have a fan, but it was too short to draw air in from the window, and so full of dust so it blew dust all over the room when first turned on.
Shower head swiveled freely when turned on - it wasn't possible to secure it in one place during a shower. Water in the sink was blistering hot regardless of handle position (could not get cool, let alone cold, water). Bathroom door was sliding glass that exposed one person to light, sounds, and smells when the other person used the bathroom at night.
