Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Zürich
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut im Centrum. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in ca. 5min. erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt,es gibt eine Menge Restaurantes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Centrum von Zürich , wie Bahnhofstr. und Zürich-See sind in 20min zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück im Hotel war nicht überladen sondern ausreichend ,für jeden etwas zu finden. Alles in allem war alles wunderbar.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den gemeinschaftlichen Räumlichkeiten sowie dem Aufzug ,ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Mobiliar in den Zimmern ist sehr abgewirtschaftet und gehört ausgetauscht.

Pros:

Near Zurich train station

Cons:

The bathroom sink is clogged and the water does not drain. I already informed the staff. They poured some kind of chemical into it, but it did not work. In the end, the water in the sink still does not drain.

The water in the bathtub drains very slowly as well.

We were told that nothing could be done and that we could not change rooms. The only thing they could do was apologize, which is not worth the price we paid.

This place should not be a 3-star hotel.
It should be a 1-star hotel.

Pros:

El personal de recepcion. Muy atemtos.
Y la ubicacion al lado de la estacion central de trenes y de autobuses y del centro. Muy bien situado.

Cons:

La cama y las almohadas. Incomodísimo.

Pros:

The rooms are small and minimalistic but that is a good thing because then you don't feel overwhelmed

Cons:

That the TV didn't work even after they tried to fix it, so i couldnt even connect my USB key to watch my movies, so I was stuck with french or german canals

Hab das Hotel noch am selben Abend verlassen weil ich mich sosehr ekelte.
Pros:

Nettes, engagiertes Personal & ausgezeichnete Lage.

Cons:

Mülleimer im Bad war noch voll mit gebrauchten Hygieneartikeln. Abfluss des Lavabos war verstopft & Oberflächen verspritzt. Fernbedienung war noch klebrig und im Bad hatte es Schimmel. Der Safe und das eine Licht waren kaputt.
