Location, few minutes walk from train station. Bathroom was exceptional and clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No tea making facilities in room but this is common in Europe so cant mark them down for this.

취리히 중앙역및 버스터미널 바로 옆으로 위치가 정말 좋음. 아침식사 괜찮습니다. 커피 좋습니다.

Cons:

스마트 호텔입니다. 휴대폰 없으면 문도 못 열어요.
냉장고 없어요. 무료 생수도 처음 한번만 주고 다음에는 안줘요.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة جدًا، وأكثر ما أعجبني فيه هو مستوى النظافة. الغرفة والحمام وجميع مرافق الفندق كانت بمنتهى النظافة والترتيب.

رغم أن الفندق صغير والممرات والمساحات فيه ضيقة نوعًا ما، إلا أنها كانت نظيفة جدًا ومريحة، وهذا جعل الإقامة فيه مريحة بشكل عام. ومن الأشياء الجميلة أيضًا وجود مكينة قهوة في كل دور، وهي إضافة لطيفة ومريحة للضيوف.

الموظفون في الاستقبال كانوا رائعين جدًا، تعاملهم محترم وودود ومتعاون.

ورغم صغر حجم الفندق، إلا أن موقعه ممتاز جدًا، فهو قريب من محطة القطار الرئيسية، وكذلك قريب من العديد من محطات الباصات، مما جعل التنقل سهلًا جدًا والوصول إلى أغلب الأماكن في زيورخ مريحًا

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent, right beside the main train station, bus station, and tram stop.
Coffee and tea were available, free of charge, at the end of the corridor and in the reception area.

Cons:

I had a single room.which was quite small but manageable. There was an option to choose not to have housekeeping service the room in exchange for a credit voucher at reception. I chose that option but did not receive any credit voucher.
