Sehr guter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. An unserem Anreisetag wurden in dem Hotel gerade die kompletten Matratzen ausgetauscht. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen sehr gut mit der Tram zu erreichen. Bis zum Bahnhof Zürich ist es ebenfalls nicht weit und recht einfach mit der Tram zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Hotel molto comodo e vicino alla stazione.
Ideale per brevi soggiorni; ho trascorso una notte (per un concerto all'Hallenstadion) e mi sono trovata bene!
Personale gentile e cordiale, stanza pulita e con tutto il necessario.
Posizione ottima in una zona tranquilla.

Cons:

Colazione a buffet un po' scarsa, me l'aspettavo un pochino più variegata.

El recepcionista fue MUY simpático, hablaba español y nos atendió muy bien.

El parking cuesta 20 euros por noche por dejar el coche detrás del hotel, al aire libre.

Très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel a immédiatement réagi au problème décrit dans les points négatifs. En guise de compensation, on nous a offert un apéro et un upgrade de classe de chambre

Cons:

Il y a eu une erreur d’attribution de chambre à notre arrivée et nous nous sommes retrouvés nez à nez avec une autre personne.
