Pros:

Excellent location right at the train station in the center of town. Amazing rooftop and Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient.

Cons:

We booked this very last minute due to the fact they offer air conditioning during the summer heat wave. Only available rooms were suites with sofa beds, which was fine as we were traveling with a child. No linens for the sofa beds in the room. After check in I asked for linens for the sofa bed and was interrogated by staff about how many “persons” were staying because we had only booked for 2 persons. I honestly hadn’t really paid attention to that when booking because I didn’t think it really mattered. TLDR: they wouldn’t give us linens for the sofa bed. Hotel is old and tired. No ice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Lucerne. The hotel was an excellent location for everything.
Pros:

Location was excellent for trains and buses, it couldn’t have been nearer. We didn’t have breakfast during our stay as we felt it was too expensive for 7 nights.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was vacuumed but had many stai stains on it.

Pros:

Great location with an easy walk into all of the major attractions, as well as the train station. The place is spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfecte locatie, vlakbij station en oude centrum. Hele mooie kamer met prima bed en comfortabele bank en stoelen en uitzicht over het meer.

Cons:

Er was niet doorgegeven dat we ontbijt erbij hadden, dan sta je voor de ontbijtzaal te wachten tot ze dat allemaal gecheckt hebben. Dat voelt niet fijn.
