Pros:

Location is best, just 5 min walk to Lucern train station. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Their breakfast is also delicious and has many choices. The lobby lady is friendly and helpful. We will stay with this hotel again if we come back next time.

This hotel was good for our last night in Lucerne.
Pros:

This hotel was located across from the train station which made it very handy for us. The room was spacious and quiet considering its location.

Cons:

The breakfast was not included in our booking price, so we didn't have it. However, the price we were quoted there to add it was extremely expensive, so we found a bakery.

Pros:

As you’d expect from the country with the world’s finest hotel management, the staff at this hotel were extremely professional and had charming smiles. I arrived early, left my luggage at the hotel, and only checked in when the time came. The staff had already taken my luggage up to my room.
Although the room was on the small side, it was well-equipped and very comfortable. It’s just a two-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient for getting around.

Cons:

The room was a little smaller than I had imagined, and as the exterior walls were being renovated during my stay, it looked a bit messy from the outside.

Hotel extremamente cômodo, apesar de antigo .
Pros:

Hotel com ótima localização , por dentro da estação de trem vc consegue chegar na calçada de frente ao hotel . Muito prático . Queríamos
conhecer a cidade e os monumentos, e ali ficava bem perto para caminharmos . Funcionário muito solícito e simpático na nossa chegada . Nos indicou vários locais perto para comermos e locais para visitarmos .

Cons:

O hotel é um pouco antigo, com umas beliches rangendo e fazendo barulho , mas estava bem arrumadinho o quarto e com roupas de cama e banho limpinhas . Pouco local pra abrir malas . E de cara pra outras construções , não tem nem vista pra rua . A ducha do chuveiro toda hora caia do suporte .

Номер старый, пол продавленный с дырами. Но самое ужасное, в отеле идет ремонт фасада из окна видно ничего. Еще повезло что не было ремонта в наш день.

13時頃にルツェルンに到着し、荷物を預かってもらうためにフロントへ行ったところ、無料でアーリーチェックインさせてもらえました。その際に「部屋にある飲み物は無料」と教えてもらえて良かったです。ケトル、電子レンジも使えるため、スーパーで地元の人が買っているような物を買って、食べることができました。(日本から箸を持参しましたが、スプーンとフォークはスーパーで購入できます。)

Cons:

電子レンジの場所が分かりにくかったです。恐らく朝食会場になる場所に置いてありますが、夕方だったため扉が閉まって電気が消えていました。もう少し詳しい説明があるとより良かったです。

Wonderful stay in the heart of Lucerne.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, right by the train station and close to all the sights. The rooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and fancy. We had booked a family room but they were full when we got there, so the hotel gave us connecting rooms instead. This gave us more space for our family than we had planned.

Cons:

There was renovation going on at the hotel when we were there, so we had no view out the windows which were covered in plastic.
