An alarm went off at 0215 and kept going off an on until around 0315. We were awoken and went into the lobby with no direction or insight on what was going on. Only to find out it was an issue with the “club next door”. There was no apology or anything. It dedicated our day and plans.

Room was comfortable.
I’ll choose another hotel next time.

Cons:

Badezimmertür schließt nicht vollständig. Unangenehme Nebengeräusche im Bad sind daher im Zimmer gut zu hören. Für Late Check Out um 15 Uhr bezahlt. Dennoch hat das Reinigungspersonal die Tür geöffnet. Das kann mal passieren und ist erst mal nicht so tragisch. Sie hat es schnell gemerkt und ist mit einem „ups“ wieder verschwunden. Ca. 12 Uhr kam noch mal jemand an die Tür und klopfte an um mir mitzuteilen, dass ich auschecken muss. Ihm teilte ich mit, dass ich für den späteren Check Out bezahlt habe.

Loved our stay and would recommend
Pros:

Excellent location. Very easy booking in and checking out. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The shower is very awkward to use. You have to stand in a corner or the floor gets very wet. Lovely outdoor area we had for breakfast

Cons:

The shower needs reconfiguring, which is probably impossible to do

Ubicación imbatible!
Pros:

La habitación era súper amplia. Había una mesita para comer algo además de un escritorio. El aire acondicionado andaba de maravillas. Y tenía un vestidor súper cómodo para el equipaje! Tenía heladera, pava eléctrica y cafetera. El baño está muy amplio también. La ubicación era estratégica!! Enfrente de la estación de Lucerna donde había locales de comida, supermercado, locales de ropa y oficina de turismo que nos ayudaron un montón con sus recomendaciones! Abajo del hotel hay mc Donald’s y Starbucks. No teníamos contratado desayuno pero no fue un inconveniente. Los ómnibus también paraban enfrente así que la conexión era increíble! El puente emblemático quedaba a pocos pasos así que todo perfecto!

Cons:

Recomendaría ajustar el proceso de conexión al WiFi porque hay que recibir un código por SMS y eso me resultó incómodo. Seguramente si preguntaba me habrían dado alguna solución alternativa pero no lo hice. Una vez conectado funcionaba muy bien

Location was perfect.

Cons:

A bit of a rabbit Warren. There were three small lifts but one was allocated for staff use, one for access to the suite facilities on 7th floor and the other was busy because it was also used by commercial tenants on several lower floors. The reception staff tried but were often overwhelmed and you could see their frustration occasionally when dealing with demanding guests. Would stay there again but only because we had a junior suite which whilst a little tired, was comfortable.

Excellent choice hotel for your stay in Lucerne
Pros:

Great location by the train station/bus station/ferry port and close to Old Town prime sights. Nice rooms.

Cons:

The bed was really hard for our taste.

The best location
Pros:

I like the location very much, it is 3 minutes walking to the lake. The hotel has few parking spots, the staff allowed us to parking in the hotel, it is too convenient for us.
