Très bon emplacement, personnel sympathique

Cons:

Arrivé dans la chambre, un énorme échafaudage cachait la fenêtre donc nous n’avions aucune vue. Je trouve décevant sachant que vous avions réservé 5 mois plus tôt.

Good for a Short Stay without a Car
Pros:

The Location of the Hotel was the best part & the Family Room given to us was quite Spacious & Comfortable.

Cons:

There was absolutely no parking facility and therefore had to park near the Train station for three days which costed us approximately 250 CHF …. Besides they are very Rigid on the Checkin & Checkout timings

Dejligt byhotel ved banegården
Pros:

Godt hotel lige overfor banegården, og 10 min. gang fra centrum og den gamle bydel af Luzern. Venligt og imødekommende personale, godt og velfungerende værelse. God morgenbuffet.

Nothing. Large room with nothing in it. 4 coat hangers.no mugs.not even a towel in kitchen.no pictures.sparce empty cell!

Everything.BOILED AND COULDNT SLEEP. heating on constant.no air con allowed.opening windows to breathe meant listening to the nightclub upstairs and the racing track of cars outside and smokers from other rooms or nightclub.Impersonal empty shell.no room service.no restaurant.no snack bar.no mini bar. No parking. No garage.on the corner of busy street with nowhere to stop.only parking was the station and it's extortionate. Upgraded from junior suite to suite with kitchen was punishment.noone on reception.bouncers at hotel door to get in as it's a public building they just have rooms on the higher floors. Breakfast not worth the cost! The worst excuse for a hotel. It maybe was what you see advertised many years ago but looks like they sold half the building to franchisers like McDonald's Starbucks tattoo shop hairdressers etc. pillows cheap. 1 tiny lift to serve all floors.just awful expensive and false advertising.

Sehr zentral, ansonsten okay.
Pros:

Man ist mitten in Luzern, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett hatte eine gute Größe und Breite und auch gute Matratzen.

Cons:

An verkehrsreicher Straße in partyfreudiger Umgebung kann man bei offenem Fenster nicht schlafen.
Das Zimmer war als "Suite" anhand der Fotos gebucht. Die sind aber mit einem starken Weitwinkelobjektiv aufgenommen und suggerieren eine Größe, die es nicht hatte. Es war eher ein normales Hotelzimmer.
Bei einem altehrwürdigen Hotel dieser Größe hätte ich ein paar Extras wie Sauna oder Spabereich oder ähnliches erwartet. Doch das Hotel hat alle seine Zusatzflächen an Restaurants vermietet.
Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze, aber hält zwei Stellplätze im nahegelegenen Parkhaus vor, die sind aber schnell ausgebucht. Dadurch war es für uns aufwändig, weil wir mittendrin umparken mussten. Erst im Nachhinein haben wir gesehen, dass es preislich sogar günstiger geworden wäre, hätte wir die ganze Woche ohne die Hotelplätze im selben Parkhaus gebucht. Da wäre ein Hinweis hilfreich gewesen.
Die Zimmerreinigung fand immer nachmittags statt, wenn man von seiner Tagestour gerade zurück war und sich vor dem Abend nochmal ausruhen wollte.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie.

Cons:

Het was erg warm in de kamer en de temperatuur kon niet onder de 17,5° ingesteld worden. Uiteindelijk met open ramen geslapen, zonder dekens. Ook geluidsoverlast vanaf de straat (dichtbij het station).

Comoda per andare a teatro ma in ristrutturazione e sinceramente trasandata . Dalla mia finestra vedevo solo le impalcature del cantiere !

Anche la colazione per nulla eccezionale come invece descritto nella presentazione. La camera ancora con la moquette e di cattivo odore

Great location. Close to the train station and fast food restaurants.

Location was great as it was close to the station. Hotel room was spacious too. Reception was kind to lend us a European to Swiss adaptor.

Location is great.

Cons:

Service from staff is not impressive. Firstly they gave us the room which is under renovation area and bed configuration was not we requested. After asking them, the correct room was provided.
Secondly, asked them to fix the safe, no one turned up till we checked out.

Posizione imbattibile e fascino d'altri tempi
Pros:

Soggiorno estremamente funzionale grazie alla posizione unica, vicina ai principali nodi di trasporto (stazione e traghetti) e alle attrazioni del centro. Nonostante gli arredi siano datati, la camera si distingue per pulizia, ampiezza e ottima esposizione solare. Nel complesso, una soluzione dal rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero competitivo.

Cons:

Struttura dal fascino intramontabile che evoca un antico splendore. Tuttavia, gli arredi risultano un po' datati: un piccolo restyling valorizzerebbe enormemente il potenziale di questo luogo.
