La situation avec la vue. La zone spa et piscines. Bon restaurant, bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable et serviable.

Netter Empfang, schöne Aussicht, Parken hinter dem Hotel. Kleiner Bus fährt alle Stunde in den Ort (ca. 1,5 km), wo auch die Schiffslände ist.

Super clean , exceptional service, extremely friendly, gorgeous views, very peaceful.

Mir gefielen die Lage, die Aussicht und das Persona Restaurant auch gut. Spa auch gut sauber.

Toller Wellness Bereich mit vielen tollen Saunen

The most regrettable mistake I’ve ever made in my years of travel and paid $877 USD for two days for it. I will lay out facts, pictures and receipts for anyone reading to decide if this is a 4 star hotel worth the price. We stayed here for two nights, 3/21-3/23 2026.
1. There is major construction right in front of the hotel. I did not know that at time of booking. Found out when I was checking in. Learned that their website had a pop-up window saying there is construction and offering a discount, in German, and German only. Once you change the language of the website to English, the pop-up does not re-appear. After a few tries my husband eventually got an English version to pop up. Ok, my bad. Nowhere in the booking workflow, or the confirmation email does it mention this construction or the discount the hotel claimed is automatically applied. My confirmation email attached as picture.
2. It’s interesting that no other reviews here or on TripAdvisor mention such construction. Only on platforms like booking.com which have stronger guardrails of review manipulation that mention it. The hotel website and response to review claimed “by March 2026 there will be no construction noise”. And that the discount applied was not visible to the guest bcus they booked via booking.com. I booked via the hotel website. I also did not see anything mentioning a discount. At check out the front desk told me the discount was applied bcus the regular rate was over $400+. I’ve attached pictures of the actual construction site. You can decide if the construction looks close to be done with noises, or if the hotel disclosed sufficiently the potential impact to your stay. They are building an entire apartment complex.
3. This claims to be a 4 star wellness hotel, out of respect for the no camera policy in the spa, I did not take pictures. The facilities remind me of a community gym or a chain hotel on the side of a highway. There are no slippers provided, you have to pay for them. the desk at the spa is not staffed. We had to call the front desk for someone to come down and give us a locker key, towels and robes. The pools would have a very nice view if not for the construction, the sauna and steam rooms could be nice, but clearly not well cleaned or maintained. I had a manicure, performed at a single desk in the hallway, right by where fire extinguisher and other equipments are stored.
3. I attached some pictures of the furniture in the room. The room had so many issues my husband and I just had to laugh about it. There are only two pillows, you have to request for more. We were supposed to have two spa bags with robes and towels, nowhere to be found. There are no glassware of mugs, only two champagne glasses and two tall glasses, or paper cups in the communal coffee area at each floor. The bathroom did not have shower gel or conditioner, I had to request it. The feedback forms with the previous guests’ full names on them were left in the room.

You can decide if this is a 4 star experience.

I won’t make comments about the service. Although not every interaction was pleasant, the staff is clearly hard working and doing the best they can to help whenever asked. I will also say there were plenty of people over the weekend who appeared to have enjoyed themselves there. Most appear to be locals.

I hope this review does not disappear. And you can see what you will be getting should you choose to stay at this hotel.
