schöne Lage am See mit eigenem Badestrand. Sehr freundliches Personal

keine Klimaanlage; das Frühstück war überteuert, für das was angeboten wurde. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber nicht hilfreich

La décoration de l établissement manque de modernité et tt est trop sombre, notamment les chambres du 1er étage donnant coté parking et dont on ne peut lever les volets.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Vierwaldstättersee mit schönen Zimmern auf den See, eigenem Strand und Parkplatz. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Angemessenes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Negativpunkt im Sommer: die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert und werden sehr warm. Schade!

Ziemlich dunkel und sehr viel dunkler Einrichtung .
Frühstücksbuffet mittelmäßige Auswahl.

Schönes Chalet-Hotel mit Schloss-Charme. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Schöne Liegewiese und direkter Zugang zum See.
Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sauber und gut in Schuss. Haben zwei schöne Tage dort verbracht.

Cons:

Air conditioning solution, the cooler provided in the rooms is extremely loud we couldn’t sleep the whole night, and it doesn’t work properly we had to call for help multiple times to empty the water tank!

Pillows are very bad , we couldn’t sleep because of the loud cooler noise and bad pillows for two nights

Spezielles Schloss Hotel, tolle Einrichtung. Wunderbare Lage mit eigenem Park und See Anstoss.

Cons:

Da verständlicher Weise keine Klimaanlage eingebaut ist, ist es bei Aussentemperaturen um die 35 Grad Celsius in den Zimmern doch ziemlich heiss.

The location was excellent! Beautiful position on the lake, close to a supermarket and local train.

No air conditioning and the rooms are very hot in summer with no breeze. The small fan did very little to keep you cool.

Das private Sandstrandbad war das Schönste an unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das reichhaltige Frühstück.
