Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage absolut ruhig.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovation würde dem Hotel gut anstehen.Es war etwas störend, dass man für das Frühstück in ein anderes Gebäude wechseln und dazu eine Autostrasse überqueren musste. Das Restaurant wirkte etwas düster.

Pros:

Lage 1A am See, Mitarbeiter*innen sehr freundlich, Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Zimmer und Balkon großzügig, - Bett sehr gut, sonstige Einrichtung ggf. etwas altbacken. Anlage sehr sauber, Seezugang mit grosszügier Liegewiese, Liegen etc. nur für Hotelgäste, - nebenan Standbistro auf öffentlicher Liegewiese. Frühstück und Speiserestaurant liegen auf der anderen Straßenseite ! Hervorragende Karte, - war sehr lecker. - Jetzt kommt´s: wir waren geschäftlich in Küssnacht für 2 Tage...... haben dann aber noch 2 Tage angehängt. Das sagt doch alles :-)

Een paradijs
Pros:

Een luxe van A tot Z, vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Onze hond was echt welkom, voor hem was er zelfs een kom en een hondenmat. Een zeer mooi interieur, alles in dezelfde stijl in overeenstemming met het gebouw. En dan zeker niet te vergeten het sublieme uitzicht op het meer, ramen die openschuiven, een verduistering store. Teveel om op te noemen.

Paid a lot for some nice memories.
Pros:

Nice location, private beach, cleanliness, free coffee and tea. The employees were also very kind.

Cons:

It is needed to pay for an open parking. The prices are generally very high, there are not body lotions in the room, no cotton buds. The breakfast was served in the Chalet across the street. It was always only one person working and the breakfast was not offering the variety we were expecting from a 4* hotel.

Pros:

This hotel is great! Classic style and very comfortable and peaceful. The location is beautiful and the rooms are very nice and restful. Amazing for kids/families.

Cons:

We came 16 years ago and there was an indoor pool which isn’t there now but this doesn’t matter at all because the hotel is right on the lake and has its own swimming area (and pedalos).

joli jardin reposant près du lac avec fauteuils confortables.

Cons:

La décoration de l établissement manque de modernité et tt est trop sombre, notamment les chambres du 1er étage donnant coté parking et dont on ne peut lever les volets.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Vierwaldstättersee mit schönen Zimmern auf den See, eigenem Strand und Parkplatz. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Angemessenes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Negativpunkt im Sommer: die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert und werden sehr warm. Schade!

Ziemlich dunkel und sehr viel dunkler Einrichtung .
