Would come again!
Pros:

Great spot by the lake. Helpful staff. Hotel style was interesting! Room was super spacious and had partly view of the lake.

Cons:

Room was warm and no integrated AC made the evenings difficult. We were provided with 3 fans which did help - thanks to the staff for being very responsive. On our 3rd night the outside temperature had dropped and it was just fine.

The private lakeside access

Cons:

The fact that I was put in a corner room with little to no lake view at first. Coming from so far a clear and decent lake view is a prerogative. I had to pay 90 Francs more per night for a room with a view.
Also no travel discount for a travel industry related person.

Das Personal war freundlich, nettes Hotel

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Es war ein Haus und Baum vor dem Fenster und ganz rechts konnte man den See erahnen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal bekam ich ein etwas besseres Zimmer, aber von Seesicht war auch nicht viel mehr! Schade, es hat nur vereinzelt ein Zimmer mit mehr Seesicht, weil ein Haus vor dem Hotel steht!!!
Frühstück und Abendessen ist nicht am See. Über die Strasse in einem anderen Gebäude, an der Strasse.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Anlage sehr sauber. Die Kaffee/Tee Lounge sowie gratis Mineralwasser und Cola, Zero war ein super plus!! Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig bis auf die Leute die spazieren gehen oder in die Badi. Alles in allem so gut das wir uns kurz überlegt haben länger zu bleiben.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist etwas zu laut aber wir liessen sie nur am Abend laufen und beim schlafen war sie aus

This is the way to start your trip or take a breather from hot cities.
Pros:

Arriving after a long flight SFO to Zurich, this hotel was paradise. With 3 generations, we drove just 45 min to what was a lovely lakeside resort. Kids swam in lake. Breakfast place was amazing!

Cons:

No complaints at all!
