Séjour d'une nuite décevante
Pros:

Emplacement au bord du Lac. Calme de la chambre, mais beaucoup de bruit des canalisations d'autres chambres.

Cons:

Nous avons été informés à notre arrivée que le petit-déjeuner ne serait pas servi, contrairement à la confirmation reçue. La raison invoquée étant la fermeture prochaine de l'hôtel....... vraiment désolant. De plus la moquette était sale et malodorante. Les draps de lits, froissés, ne donnaient pas confiance. Peu ou pas d'articles de toilettes, contrairement à la confirmation. Prise de lampe défectueuse. L'hôtel semble être dans un triste état. Selon les données (booling.com), il s'agirait d'un hôtel 4 étoiles..... pour moi 2 au maximum et c'est déjà beaucoup.

Nicht zu empfehlen, das Hotel gibt sich absolut keine mühe und ist komplett aus den Jahren gekommen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war sehr schön

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich war miserabel. Diverse Schläuche an den Duschen waren kaputt oder haben erst gar nicht funktioniert. Im Dampfbad war der Abschspritzschlauch gar nicht angehängt. Im Ruhe Raum gab es keine Kissen. Es gab keine Handtücher und auch die Wasserstation war leer. Wirklich alles in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Das Zimmer war alt, hatte auch kein Haartrockner, kein Dusch, keine Badeschlappen. Alles Sachen die ich in einem Wellnesshotel erwarten würde.
Die Kaffemaschiene im Zimmer war katastrophal. Einfach nur weiss vom vielen Kalt. Da möchte man kein Kaffee trinken.
Auch am Frühstücksbüffet waren bei der Kaffemaschiene alles verschmutzt und wir mussten zuerst den Kellner um Reinigung bitten bevor wir unsere Teetasse abstellen konnten. Wirklich sehr schade.

Nicht gereinigte Zimmer. Inkompetentes und unfreundliches Zimmerpersonal. Kein Zimmerservice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was near the lake and the port. The halls looked very nice. The staff was nice, it was easy to check in. There was a pool and a gym.

There was not enough lightning in the room, only some small lamps.

A nice stay in front of the lake
Pros:

Despite some other reviews, i have to admit all was working as expected. Elevator and spa was usable and room very nice. For the amount I paid was an amazing deal

Cons:

Viejo, sucio, no te ofrecen chanclas para el spa, no tiene cepillo de dientes, no tiene crema, cosas básicas que te ofrecen en cualquier hotel. Camas individuales, restaurante cerrado, y desayuno ajustado; que si llegas un poco tarde ya no hay nada… y para casi acabar, café intomable, porque daría muchos detalles más…

Розташування , краєвид. В номері є кавоварка.

Cons:

Наш балкон виходив на церкву з годинником. І кожні 15 хв навіть вночі бʼють дзвони. Двері в туалет прозорі! Унітаз, а на проти шкляні двері. Дуже дивно і недоречно.
