Pool und Sauna Bereich sehr schön und modern gemacht. Lage super, der Skibus fährt direkt vor der Türe. Frühstück grosse Auswahl.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, zwar sauber und sehr gepflegt, könten aber definitiv ein Upgrade gebrauchen.

Très bien sauf les règles de la piscine non respectées

Pas de respect des règles à la piscine (p.ex. personnes qui rentrent avec des chaussures, enfants dans la partie spa/sauna, enfants qui sautent dans l'eau et jouent à la balle etc.) malgré la caméra !

Hotel didn't meet my expectations
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to the slopes and amenities. The SPA is in great condition and clean. The continental breakfast is worth the price.

Cons:

The bedroom was so hot (25 degree C+), we had to sleep with the windows open (in the middle of winter). We couldn't take the heating down, and no aircon available. The front-desk staff didn't seem to care so much when I gave them the feedback. The church bells go off at 6am and ring every 15min, even on weekends. So the combination of the heat and church bells didn't contribute for a nice sleep. The hotel is also past its renovation date and would need an upgrade. At 300+ CHF a night (20% genius discount) I find it on the very pricy side in terms of value for money.

Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit Blick in die Berge, die Holzschränke sind nicht mehr die Neusten.Die Lage für Wintersport auf dem Titlis ist ideal es gibt einen gratis Shuttle Bus zur Titlis Talstation.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und immer vor Ort. Alle Zimmer sind mit Balkon. Sehr schoene Aussicht von der 8. Etage. Grosse Zimmer., geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr schönes Bad. Alles vorhanden. Zum Geburtstag gibt es ein kleines, aber feines Geschenk. Sehr lecker. Ebenso sehr Hundefreundlich. Sogar ausgestattet mit Hundebett und Fressnapf..Personal im Service sehr aufmerksam. Fruehstueck ist sehr gut, sogar mit warme Speisen.

Cons:

Zimmer war leider etwas zu warm.
Abendbuffett war leider nicht sehr gut. Obwohl es sehr vielfaeltig war. Wir haben aber auch nur 1× gegessen. A la carte haben wir leider nicht probiert. Sicher beim naechsten Besuch. Wir kommen gern wieder.
