Pros:

Breakfast was very good, hotel staff was very friendly, location was perfect and partner brewery restaurant was convenient, with excellent service. The room was small but had a very nice balcony that was nice in the evenings.

Cons:

The onsite restaurant staff was very rude and we ended up leaving. Highly recommend the brewery though for great food, ambiance and service.

Dream trip accomplished
Pros:

I think what made my stay exceed my expectations was that they have bottled COLD water (1 tap, 1 frizzante) in the mini-fridge. They also gave me a bouquet of flowers and a nice card for my birthday!EXCELLENT! The hospitality here is very warm and inviting. The breakfast is a definite must include in your stay. I think it's a great value for the money. The coffee alone is worth it. I loved how it's a traditional European hotel. They have an elevator available. I also had the steak and fries from the attached restaurant which has pizza as well.

Cons:

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

המיקום ממש מעולה, על הטיילת קרוב למסעדות, לרכבת ולמזח, כל דבר היה במרחק הליכה קצרה. הצוות היה מקסים וידידותי.

Cons:

החדרים ממש קטנים, החדר שקיבלנו היה הרבה יותר קטן ממה שחשבתי שיהיה לפי התמונות. המקלחת בכלל היתה פיצית והיה צריך להנדס איך נכנסים ואיך יוצאים ממנה. החלון של החדר שלנו היה ממש מול חלון של חדר במלון אחר (כן היה וילון שאפשר לסגור לפרטיות), והחדר היה חשוך לטעמי אבל ככה זה באירופה.

We loved Lucerne and this property is very close to Chapel Bridge but it is very small and not great value for money.
