Cozy stay in beautiful Luzern.
Pros:

Very well located in downtown. It is cozy and well equipped with tea and water in the room.

Cons:

The bathroom is quite small ( in the singular room)
You need to have a local number - or pay the extra for a message- to have WIFI

Übernachtung in Luzern nach Guggenmusik-Konzert
Pros:

Wir waren da für ein Fasnachtsguggenkonzert - an diesem Tag wurde die Vorfasnacht auf den Strassen gefeiert. Da war es halt schon etwas lauter als normal. (verstehen wir als Luzerner) Die Fenster haben aber sehr gut geschlossen und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war Top - das Badzimmer mit Dusche halt sehr klein aber wir waren vollends zufrieden. Die Lage ist sensationell - 20 m von der Reuss entfernt in einer Seitengasse im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Kapellbrücke war geschätzt vielleicht 100-150 m entfernt. Tolles Frühstück - gerne wieder. Super Ausblick von der Dachterrasse in die Innenhöfe und sehenswerten Winkel der Altstadt.

Cons:

War alles zufriedenstellend - sehr sauber - Bad war halt sehr klein.

Great location, very central however if you come with a car, parking maybe difficult to find or expensive. Facilities are good and staff are friendly. Good breakfast

Es war zweckmässig.
Pros:

Die Zentrale Lage. Das Personal nett. Der Herr des Frühstücksbüffets war sehr bemüht, alle zufrieden zu stellen. Das Frühstück war gut, inkl. frisch geschnittenen Früchte. Das Angebot ist den Umständen entsprechend gut, mehr kann man aus dem verfügbaren Platz nicht herausholen.

Cons:

Das extrem kleine Bad. Eine korpulente Person käme nicht in die Duschkabine ( nicht übertrieben!), weil sich die Türen gar nicht richtig öffnen lassen.
Der Frühstücksraum ist im UG ohne Tageslicht, es ist alles sehr eng und klein, wenn man Pech hat, hat man keinen Platz und muss im Lobby-Bereich essen oder man hat gar keinen Platz und muss warten!

Il n’y avait pas grand chose au petit déjeuner , nous y sommes allés à 9h et plusieurs plats étaient vides. Il y avaient de la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain

Perfektes kleines Hotel in der Altstadt mit sehr freundlichen Personal.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage Nähe See und Wasserturm. Auch zum Bahnhof und Parkhäuser top Lage sowie zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten und zwar das hier und da es kleine Verschönerungsarbeiten vertragen könnte.

Pros:

Das Personal war mehrheitlich freundlich. Es gab gratis Wasser und Kaffe im Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eigentlich gut. Jedoch habe ich mich vorfeld gemeldet und gesagt dass ich aufgrund einer Zöliakie gltenfreie Brötchen brauche, was mir am telefon und später auch an der Rezeption versichert wurde. Leider war es dann beim Frühstück ein Problem zuerst die Brötchen überhupt zu finden und anschliessnd wurden sie nicht Zöliakiegerecht zubereitet. Das finde ich sehr enttäuschend.

Ebenfalls war die Heizung im Badezimmer sehr heiss eingestellt, was eher unangenehm war.
