Doesn’t have air conditioning, which in summer is not that great. When you open the window, there’s so much noise from outside also in the night.

Would recommend! Great value!!!!
Pros:

The location was perfectly centered downtown
Staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was included and amazing. The barista at breakfast was happy to make us anything we wanted. staff also offered for us to keep our luggage after check out so that we could still have a safe place to keep our suitcases while exploring the city further.
We also enjoyed the 10% off for the restaurant next-door that was provided by the hotel as well. :)

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable — A mattress topper could go a long way.
Would recommend for guests to bring earplugs & eye mask for sleeping as it gets quite loud being in the heart of downtown Lake Lucerne

Nur für 1 Nacht als Zwischenstop zu empfehlen. Top zentrale Lage.
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral, nettes Personal, gibt einen Lift, Pizzeria um Haus ist gut.

Cons:

Seehr kleines Zimmer, keine Klima (wenn Lift Einbau in historisches Haus möglich war sollte Klima auch gehen), zumindest gibt es guten Deckenventilator, sehr laut bis ca 22:30 und wieder ab 5:00. Frühstücksraum ist leider nicht im netten Lokal sondern in fensterlosem Raum im Souterrain.
