Pros:

Clean, modern room in a perfect location. Very comfy bed and a ceiling fan to help manage temperature (it was 35 degrees during our stay). Breakfast was included and offered a reasonable selection of items

Cons:

The en suite is very compact and it was quite difficult to get in and out of the shower.

Great location ( could walk around easily). Clean and reasonably comfortable with a decent price.
Pros:

Location was difficult to find/get to but right in old town. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom, especially the shower was very small. Breakfast was a nice touch! Decent selection of dishes and tasty.

Cons:

Room temperature was a little warm ( didn’t seem to have Air conditioning) noisy outside with window open.

Pros:

Excellent emplacement avec pour corollaire la difficulté d'accès.
La carte de visiteur de Lucerne offerte (remise dans les musées, pour les croisières sur le lac, gratuité des transports...)
La remise de 10% dans les deux restaurants du groupe.

Cons:

La mention "parking" dans l'annonce alors qu'il faut aller dans un parking public à 35 francs suisse par jour.
La salle du petit déjeuner dont la taille est insuffisante ce qui implique un manque de diversité des produits proposés. De plus le serveur est assez revêche et très bruyant.
La réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis était très aimable, ce qui n'était pas le cas les jours suivants.
Les salles d'eau sont vraiment exiguës.

Great Hotel near Chapel Bridge
Pros:

Great location in the old town of Lucerne. Easy walk from the train station, very close to Chapel Bridge, the lake and boats. We got an upgrade to our room which was nice.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny! No electric kettle or black tea.

Great location right in the city center. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Everything was convenient and worked well.

Cons:

One thing I found unusual: at check-in, the staff asked for my bank card and wrote down the card details. They told me this is a normal practice in Swiss hotels, but after staying in three other hotels in Switzerland, none of them requested this. It felt a bit strange.

Zentrale Lage, aber alles viel zu Kleinräumig. Nicht nochmal.

Personal war freundlich. Lage super zentral in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nicht gut. Im Zimmer kaum Platz zum Laufen. Das Bad war so klein, das ist eine Frechheit - man kann sich kaum drehen, ohne gegen Tür oder Dusche zu stossen. (Idee: Bodengleiche Dusche?). Frühstücksbereich sehr eng mit Stühlen, die es noch enger machen. Da das Geschirr auch dort bearbeitet wurde, war die ganze Zeit Geschirrgeklapper. Offene Fenster nachts sind nicht möglich, da sich Gespräche, Müllabfuhr, Anlieferungen (Lärm) in den Gassen fangen.

Great short stay spot with access to everything.
Pros:

Wonderful location, so close to the water and main points of interest. It was tidy and had minimal stairs - we were on the first floor. It was as pictured although our specific room isn’t photographed here.

Cons:

It was on the smaller size out of all the rooms we’ve stayed, but was still comfortable. There was a coffee machine, but no kettle. The breakfast we also included was as expected, nice coffee and hot chocolate made fresh by barista but otherwise nothing very fancy. It is expensive for what we got, but it’s Switzerland!
