Perfect position to explore Lucerne and surrounds
Pros:

Lovely quiet hotel in a fabulous location. Short walk to the train bus or boat. Staff were lovely and helpful. Loved the sun deck.

Cons:

Maybe an umbrella on the sundeck would be nice but everything else was great.

離公車站牌、卡貝爾橋很近，距離琉森車站也很近。早餐品項看似簡單，但都很美味。

Great location. Both restaurants linked to the hotel were good. Breakfast choices were good. Lucerne is a beautiful place.

Cons:

A little noisy in the room late at night and early in the morning but did not affect sleep. No air con which we knew when we booked. It was warm but the fan in the room was effective enough. The bathroom was very small but adequate. Over all good value for money.

Perfect spot for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location in the city, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were traveling with a total of 8 adults and we enjoyed the space in the lobby for late evening gatherings.

Cons:

It was confusing to find the hotel initially. Parking was expensive and distant from hotel. The street noise was notable and all night long.

Love the location and the restaurant. The breakfast and staff were very enjoyable.

Cons:

As one of the oldest buildings in Lucern, there are certain drawbacks - no air conditioner (only a fan, a small bathroom, and no service elevator. The restaurant and housekeeping also used the very small elevator.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub, Schweiz pur.
Pros:

Charmantes historisches Hotel im Zentrum gelegen. Gutes Frühstück. Wasser und Kaffee auf den Zimmern.

Cons:

Barrierefreiheit vom Eingang bis zum Lift. Zwei der drei Zimmer waren etwas beengt im Bad.
