Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Bei hohen Außentemperaturen ohne Klimaanlage ist Schlafen schwierig, durch die geöffneten Fenster dringen leider sehr stark die Geräusche der Umgebung ins Zimmer.

Einfach und dafür viel zu teuer.
Pros:

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr sauber allerdings ist die Unterkunft inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit vielen tollen Sachen. Es gab im Zimmer Kaffee, Tee und Wasser zur freien Verfügung. 10 % bei der Pizzeria und bei der Rathaus Brauerei. Lecker selbstgemachtes Bier.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet sondern nur mit einem Deckenventilator. Auch das Bad ist viel zu klein. Gefühlte eins , zwei Quadratmeter klein. Man musste den Bauch einziehen um in die Dusche zu kommen. Eckeinstieg wobei die eine Tür an die Toilette stieß und die andere gegen das Waschbecken. Für diese Ausstattung ist diese Unterkunft sehr teuer.

We loved our stay at this quaint boutique hotel in old town Luzern.
Pros:

This was a quaint hotel on the Main Street of old town. The staff made us feel at home, very accommodating. Colleen was wonderful, treated us like old friends. The staff went above our expectations, they quickly responded to our needs.

Cons:

Being an historic hotel, there was no air conditioning. It was very hot during our stay. The staff provided us with an additional fan. Needless to say, we survived. Since we slept with the windows open, we enjoyed the late night clatter of restaurants serving and closing up. Got very quiet after that.

Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make our 30th Wedding anniversay trip feel very special. They upgraded our room to a bigger size and left a card. Beautiful room although the bathroom a little tight on size. The two restaurants attached to the hotel are well worth trying and we had excellent food and service in them.

Tæt på banegården og byen. Personalet var hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Larm fra gaden, når vinduet står åben.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var fin og god betjening. Men rummet var kedeligt.

Übernachten in Luzern
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Direkt in der Altstadt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und im Restaurant gibt es eine gute Pizza etc.

Cons:

Leider kann man nicht direkt zum Entladen des Gepäcks mit dem Auto vorfahren. Die Parkhäuser sind fußläufig entfernt.

Friendly, helpful staff. An excellent location in the old town just 10 minutes walk from the station. Good breakfast, clean and spacious room.

Cons:

The weather was very warm during our stay and despite a fan in our room it became very hot during the day as we were on the top floor. Air conditioning would have been very nice.

Snídaně nebyla pestrá, spíš chudá. V mém podkrovním pokoji bylo příliš teplo, nepomohl ani větrák. Otevřeným oknem šel dovnitř kouř z komína /který byl v blízkosti okna/, zřejmě z pece na pizzu přilehlé restaurace. Určitě ne tento podkrovní pokoj!

La posizione e' ottima proprio vicino al famoso ponte e lo staff e' gentilissimo. Purtroppo pero' la sera e la mattina presto le finestre della nostra camera erano su una stradina rumorosissima. La sera per le persone che mangiano e bevono nei locali intorno e la mattina per i ristoranti che trascinano carrelli con fusti di birra e simili per la strada gia' dalle sei di mattina. Inoltre le camere sono veramente molto piccole e senza aria condizionata abbastanza soffocanti nonostante i ventilatori a pale, Comunque noi siamo capitati in un periodo di grande caldo. La colazione e' abbastanza varia
