Excelente ubicación. Buen desayuno.
Habitacion grande. Cafetera de cortesia con capsulas de cafe y de té especiales, en cantidad y reposición diaria.

Cons:

Baño chico. En el techo de la habitacion hay una saliente (debe corresponder a un alero) que hay que tener cuidado de no chocarlo con la cabeza

Wonderful stay, very nice and warm staff made you feel welcome!
Pros:

The staff is super nice and friendly. Special Kudos to Archie, Anna, and especially Diana who helped us switch to a different room because of the plumbing issue. Thank you so much Diana 🙏

Cons:

For the first couple of nights, our unit bathroom was very small and the door location was not ideal. We had a difficult time getting in and out of the bathroom.
However, because of the plumbing issues (water leaking from the sink), we were moved to a different room and it was much more comfortable after that.
The location of the hotel is great, right next to to Chapel Bridge, very beautiful!

This was a good choice for our two nights in Lucerne.

Es war alles gut...Zimmer Bad alles sauber. Einzig ein starker Geruch war im Zimmer aber ich weiss nicht woher es kam...kaffee und tee auf dem Zimmer 👍
