Exceptionnel !
Pros:

L'acceuil et la bienveillance du personnel, les petites attentions, la propeté et le calme des lieux sont parfaits pour se ressourcer ! On oublie la voiture, on apprécie le calme, on apprécie la vue et on sait que la journée a déjà bien démarré. Il ne reste plus cas aller skier, marcher, rouler, déguster un plat..

Cons:

Franchement, je ne reproche rien à l'hotel et au personnel ! Au contraire, j'ai hate d'y retourner.
Juste le coût de la nourriture et des restaurants qui sont à mon sens non justifiés et freinent à la consommation.

Highly recommended and exceptional value for money.
Pros:

The setting was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The hostess, Luzia, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

Pros:

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage nahe beim Bahnhof, der Talstation des Skigebietes und dem Dorfzentrum. Leckeres Frühstückbuffet. Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage.

Pros:

Die Talstation Trübsee/Titlis ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Gast ist König.

Cons:

Wir hätten lieber Zimmer ohne Teppichboden gehabt, aber es wurde erwähnt.

Wonderful stay in a great hotel with a friendly staff and convenient location
Pros:

The location was perfect -- right by the train station and a short walk to the Titlis gondola station. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciates the room with a balcony and view of Mt. Titlis. The ski room was quite handy and easy to access.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great. No complaints whatsoever.
