Pros:

The food was amazing, amount and quality was simply outsanding! the pools and spa are also very cool! atmosphere in the hotel is super relaxing and had a luxury feel. There is a very nice walk near the hotel with stunning views, I highly recommend it! I believe the management team does an amazing job. The hotel is very well run. I highly recommend the stay.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the room. I had to keep the window open, which was great. However, my windows were facing street, which was a bit noisy.

A genuinely exceptional hotel that understands what makes a stay special.
Pros:

Our first stay at the ERMITAGE exceeded expectations, and we now plan to return annually. Having stayed in many luxury hotels across Switzerland, what sets the ERMITAGE apart is how thoughtfully it anticipates every aspect of the guest experience.

The guided hikes are an exceptional addition that we have rarely seen elsewhere. Christian and Ruth were excellent guides and ere a real highlight of our stay.

Good hotel, beautiful nature.
Pros:

I liked the choice of food at breakfast. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean.

Cons:

I found the decor a bit dated. The bathrooms are in need of refurbrishment. The hotel is not in Gstaad but in a neighbouring village.

Avons payé 3'100 chf pour 4 nuits, un peu cher, mais on reviendra (c'était notre 2ème visite).
Pros:

L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable. Le matelas était top, les possibilités de rangement impeccables, on avait une petite suite. La nourriture bonne, surtout le petit déjeuner, il manque un peu le bio !

Cons:

En été un peu chaud sous le toit. Le garage un peu cher, mais bon. En utilisant le même garage sans l'intervention de l'hôtel la journée coûte moins cher.
