The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, which gave a great first impression.
However, the furniture felt a bit dated and could use updating. Also, kitchen appliances were tricky to use—an instruction guide would be helpful for guests.

Great location, friendly staff. We had an apartment with small kitchen and it was perfect for a small group.

The staff was the kindest. Very quiet. In the Guest House we had access to a washer and dryer.
Very hot during the days when we went. We were outside mostly during the day, but it was still warm whenever inside. With open windows at night it was okay.

Simply amazing. Loved every bit of it. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Benjamin and Miguel. we reached late as our flight was delayed. When we were checking in Benjamin asked us if we had dinner and arranged for the bar kitchen to be open till we had something to eat. Miguel was at the railway station to pick us up which was a blessing after the long journey from Zurich. We will surely be back there on our next trip.
