Good stay, good location and great service
Pros:

Loved the chalet number 3 serviced apartment - good location and walking distance to Grindelwald center. Parking is just below the serviced apartments and the main hotel is a short walk up the hill. Kids loved the chalet style and mezzanine roof play area. Kitchen and balcony area were bonuses. Large and spacious, can sleep 5. Breakfast in the main hotel was good.

تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت — وبكل أسف — من أسوأ التجارب على الإطلاق.
منذ اللحظة الأولى، كانت الصدمة في الارتفاع المبالغ فيه للأسعار مقارنةً بما يقدّمه المكان من خدمةٍ متواضعة وغرفٍ تفتقر إلى أبسط مقوّمات الراحة والنظافة.

الغرفة وإن كانت واسعة نسبيًّا، إلا أن رائحتها الكريهة والمنفّرة أفسدت كلّ ما يمكن اعتباره إيجابيًّا؛ إذ انتشرت فيها رائحة خانقة تشبه الغاز أو شيئًا فاسدًا مجهول المصدر، مما جعل الإقامة فيها أشبه بعقوبةٍ لا راحةً.

أما الحمّام، فحدّث ولا حرج.
قديمٌ ومهترئ، وتجهيزاته بالية تكاد تنعدم.
لم نجد سوى صابون رديء ومواد متواضعة لا تليق بفندقٍ بهذا السعر، مع غيابٍ تام لأبسط مستلزمات العناية الشخصية كأعواد الأذن أو مستحضرات النظافة الأساسية.
الإنارة خافتة إلى حدّ الكآبة، والجوّ العام يوحي بالإهمال والقدم، وكأن المكان لم يشهد أيّ تجديد منذ سنوات طويلة.
حتى أرضية الغرفة الخشبية كانت تصدر أصواتًا مزعجة، وتفوح منها رائحة عفنٍ نفّاذة يُحتمل أنها السبب الرئيس لتلك الرائحة المنتشرة في الغرفة.
ولم يقتصر الإزعاج على ذلك، إذ كانت المياه في الحمّام باردة تمامًا، خالية من أيّ دفء، مما جعل الاستحمام تجربةً مزعجة وغير مريحة على الإطلاق.

الجانب الوحيد الذي يمكن الإشادة به هو موقع الفندق المقبول وإطلالته الجميلة نسبيًّا، غير أنّ الشرفات المشتركة مع الغرف المجاورة أفقدت النزلاء الشعور بالخصوصية والأمان.

أما القمّة في السوء فكانت في ضعف الخدمة وسوء المعاملة.
دفعتُ ما يقارب ألفًا وخمسمائة شيكل لليلة واحدة، ومع ذلك طُلِبَ مني دفع مبلغٍ إضافي مقابل كبسولات القهوة! أمرٌ لا يُصدَّق لفندقٍ بهذا المستوى.

وفي وجبة الإفطار، تجلّى ضعف التنظيم وقلة اللياقة في التعامل، إذ كان الاستقبال مترددًا وغير ودودٍ بما يكفي، مما ترك انطباعًا سلبيًّا للغاية.
أما الإفطار نفسه فكان مقبولًا من حيث الجودة، لكنه لا يعوّض ما عانيناه من تجربةٍ مخيّبة تركت في النفس أثرًا سيئًا للغاية.
الحمّام تحديدًا سبب لي نفورًا نفسيًّا شديدًا جعلني أعدّ الدقائق لمغادرة المكان.

باختصار، لا أنصح مطلقًا بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.
فعلى الرغم من موقعه الجيّد نسبيًا، إلا أن الخدمة الضعيفة، والرائحة الكريهة، والمياه الباردة، وسوء العناية بالنظافة تجعل منه تجربة لا يمكن تكرارها أبدًا

정말 추천합니다
Pros:

본 건물과 좀 떨어져 있어서 조식 먹으러 갈 때 조금 걸어야 하긴 했지만 주변 풍광이 좋아서 산책하는 기분이었다. 기대했던 것 보다 숙소가 넓고 테라스 뷰도 좋았으며 부엌에 필요한 장비들이 거의 다 구비되어 있어서 식사를 준비해서 먹기 좋았다. 조식은 스위스 거의 모든 호텔들이 간단하게 나오는 것 같은데 과일이 없는 점 빼고는 만족스러웠다. 오후에는 케잌뷔페가 준비되어 있어서 간식으로 먹기 좋았다.

숙박후기입니당~
Pros:

처음 예약했을때는 그린델발트역에서 좀 멀어보여서 걱정했으나 전혀 문제없었어요! 언덕이 있어서 캐리어 끌고 가기엔 힘들지만 짐없이 가볍게 걸어서 갈수있어요~ 위치 짱! 숙소는 말모말모
1층 독채로 사용했는데 넓고 쾌적하고 통창으로 보이는 뷰까지🫶
그리고 스위스에서 취사중요하죠~ 주방이 넖진않지만 두명이 충분히 조리 할수있는 공간이고 일단 식기류가 굉장히 관리가 잘되어있습니다ㅎㅎㅎ 안심하고 잘 사용했어요😄 유료지만 세탁건조기도 있어서 장기여행자한테 넘나 좋은👍 무엇보다 직원분들도 엄청 친절하고 재방문의사있어요 추천합니당

Absolutely breathtaking! This area and hotel was our favorite in the Jungfrau region. Restaurants on property serve delicious meals, friendly staff and the views..oh the views of the mountains while enjoying my coffee and tasty breakfast buffet are memories that will always bring a smile to my face!!
