Magical location with stunning mountain and town views. Fantastic staff. Hotel itself is beautiful with a wonderful atmosphere.

Absolutely breathtaking! This area and hotel was our favorite in the Jungfrau region. Restaurants on property serve delicious meals, friendly staff and the views..oh the views of the mountains while enjoying my coffee and tasty breakfast buffet are memories that will always bring a smile to my face!! usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel truly stole my heart. As a big fan of high-end hotels, I’ve experienced many, but this one stands out in a special way. The views from the balcony are straight out of a fairytale. What makes it even more special is its perfect location—just slightly off the main road, offering peace and quiet, yet only a short, scenic walk to the bustling shopping and tourist street.

The service was outstanding, with genuine attention to detail in every interaction. You can tell the hotel was created with love—it’s visible in every corner, from the thoughtful decor to the spotless cleanliness.

And the restaurants? Absolutely excellent. Every meal was a delight.

This hotel made our trip wonderful with its hostess. Rooms are super clean, service was awesome and especially breakfast we loved so much. We definetely choose this hotel again when we go to Switzerland 😍

Nice hotel but the rooms could use some serious help; the showers are insanely small, hard for even an average-sized guy like me to get around in. Long downhill/uphill walk into town, so while the location provides beautiful views, it is isolated.

Excellent stay, we all loved it. Very good quality food, recommend reserving the Swiss restaurant.

My only advice would be there needs to be fans as it can—and did—get very uncomfortably hot at night in summer. At the least, install screens so guests can keep doors/windows open without letting bugs in.

But regardless, an excellent stay and will be back for sure.

We loved this hotel. Excellent included breakfast buffet. Dinners were really good too. Enough choices and top notch service.

A stunning view of the Eiger from our balcony. A beautiful, spacious room with a large bathroom which included a bath and a bath pack. A delicious breakfast buffet is included. It is a little bit out of Grindelwald, which we liked as it was so peaceful. They will pick you up and drop you off at the station on arrival snd departure. You can walk to the hotel (15 mins from the station) but it is quite steep. Alternatively, you can take a bus which is free to all visitors staying at Grindelwald. The staff were lovely and made sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Thanks Miguel, for the ride back to the station.

Our room was small but it had a truly fabulous view. The food was excellent and the staff very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect except no AC, so it could be a bit warm at night if patio door not open.

This hotel is so charming. The rooms are quaint. The whole property is what you would expect for a Swiss boutique hotel in the Alps. The setting is absolutely picturesque. The staff is friendly. The do-it-yourself laundry is a little bit of a hike and not convenient. There is only one washing machine and dryer. So, it makes it difficult to do laundry. I enjoyed the whole staff. The matriarch/owner could be more friendly. But, that didn’t affect our stay at all.

I was initially concerned about the distance from the station to the hotel, but during my 2-night stay, it wasn’t an issue at all. In fact, I really enjoyed the walk while taking in the surrounding scenery — it only took about 7 minutes at a normal walking pace for an adult male.

All the staff were very polite and kind. The facilities are a bit old, but it didn’t bother me — the view around the hotel more than made up for it.

And don’t miss the sauna — it was one of the highlights of my stay!

Great stay. Hotel is lovely as are the staff. The hotel was clean and quiet and in a great location. Views amazing. Would highly recommend and the food was delicious and so well presented. A must book hotel.

Magnificent mountain views. Although it is not close to the train station, everything is within walkable distance. (10 minutes walk to all facilities) Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with sweeping choices.

Dreamlike location. Amazing views and one of the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in.
