ładnie położony hotel z pięknymi widokami, ale oferta żywieniowa do ulepszenia

super lokalizacja, spokojne miejsce w pięknym widokiem na jezioro i góry, możliwość rejsu statkiem po jeziorze z przystanią bezpośrednio przy hotelu, wygodne łóżka w sypialni, ładny balkon, możliwość trekkingu w pobliżu hotelu także z wycieczką do jaskini

Cons:

monotonne śniadania i ciasta po południu, powtarzalne każdego dnia produkty, mały kącik śniadaniowy (miejsce jak i ilości udostępnianego/uzupełnianego jedzenia), kolacja z karty (jedyna opcja) trwała zbyt długo - zabierała praktycznie każdy wieczór (1,5 do 2 h) ale przy braku dodatkowych animacji/występów może to aż tak nie przeszkadzało, brak transparentności przy zamawianiu dotyczącej np.domawiania większych czy dodatkowych porcji (jedna osoba wspomniała o tym nam przypadkiem, ale nikt przy oficjalnym wprowadzeniu i też potem tego nie przypominał czy proponował), cieknący przez 5 dni kran w wannie jacuzzi nie był przez obsługę zauważalny (nam to bardzo nie przeszkadzało ale może świadczyć o braku wymaganej skrupulatności przy kontroli pokoju)

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la chambre magnifique. Le petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Arrivées avant l’heure de possession de la chambre, nous sommes restées 2 h à attendre la disponibilité de notre chambre sans aucune explication quant à l’organisation de l’hôtel. C’est long, très long.

Lage am See mit Sandstrand ist sensationell. SUP können gratis gemietet werden. Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend. Essen hervorragend. Hat allerdings alles auch seinen Preis.

Die Lage ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Alles ist ausgerichtet auf ein Klientel über 80 Jahre. Um 11:00 Uhr ist verordnete Bettruhe und man kommt mach Mitternacht nur mehr ins Hotel, wenn man den Nachtportier herausklingelt.
Das Abendessen hat viel Luft nach oben. Ist fade, auf ältere Menschen ausgerichtet.
Richtig eklig war, dass die Ersatz-WC-Papierrolle in unserem Zimmer auf der Unterseite richtig verdreckt mit überall braunen Spritzern war und dies dem Gast auf den Halter gesteckt wird. Erst, wenn man die Rolle in die Hand nimmt… so eklig!!!
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt NICHT wieder.

Un détail sur l’organisation du personnel qui débarrasse les tables un peu trop rapidement, soit lorsque l’on mange y compris le nettoyage des tables à côté ce qui peut donner le sentiment de ne pas devoir tarder à table
