A vista é arrebatadora, o hotel é confortável e acolhedor.

Cons:

A piscina exterior tinha o aquecimento avariado, o que foi uma grande desilusão para quem programa uma viagem destas! A piscina interior também não estava muito quente não é aceitável que a Sauna e o banho turco sejam apenas para pessoas nuas.

The deck area has impressive views, and the hotel has a sophisticated feel.
Pros:

The hotel put on an exceptional New Years Eve with fireworks, drinks and oysters on the deck for hotel guests. Unfortunately, there seemed to be lots of people that weren't staying at the hotel that drank most of the champagne and we barely got a glass. Perhaps they need to police that a bit better.
The New Years Eve dinner was wonderful in their restaurant.
Good spa area.

Cons:

Breakfast did not have a great variety and cooked meals were extra. Our room was cold because it was up in the roof area.
Some of the staff were a bit abrupt and aloof. The barman not so friendly.
Apparently, they can only do 1 or 2 fondue settings at time on the deck. We were told it was booked solid. However, we did not see that many people out on the deck. Disappointing!
It is still quite a distance to a skiing area. Not ski in and out.
