Personal war freundlich hatte aber mangelnde Deutsch Kenntnisse

Position, Zimmer waren sauber, Frühstück

Cons:

Wir sind in der Schweiz zu Hause und entsprechend haben wir offizielle Landessprachen. Das gesamte Personal konnte kein Deutsch sprechen, sondern nur in Englischer Sprache kommunizieren . Jedoch meine Schweizer Kollegen-Kolleginnen konnten mit dem Personal nicht kommunizieren, weil Sie kein Englisch sprechen können.
Das Frühstuck war gut jedoch das Arrangement war eher für eine Pension würdig, jedoch nicht für ein Hotel

Hyvä sijainti ja palvelu, mukavuuksissa paljon toivomisen varaa.
Pros:

Hyvä sijainti lähellä juna-asemaa ja keskustaa. Ihan riittävä aamupala myös. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä!

Cons:

Ei ilmastointia joten kuumana päivänä aika tukalat oltavat sisällä. Huoneessa ei jääkaappia. Korvatulpat huoneessa on aina vähän huolestuttava merkki, ja syynä tähän oli todella kovasti nitisevät lattiat joten yläkerrassa majoittuneiden jokaikinen askel kuului todella kuuluvasti huoneeseen.

Cons:

O hotel não tem ar condicionado, e o quarto de madeira se torna uma sauna.
Além disso, o chuveiro é muito ruim e eles não mostram nas fotos.

Aamiaisella tarjottavat loppuivat kesken.

Typical Swiss style chalet, very nice staff, good location (even though it is close to the other train station, actually there is a bus from Interlaken West which takes you to the train to Ost or to the town from which you can take the same train) and small extra stuff like complimentary ear buds for sleeping and farewell gift when you check out

I had my own room, it was very cozy and typical.
Both ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful
