Not a great stay unfortunately. Spend a little extra and get something better.
Pros:

Location was good to get to the main things in Interlaken and the room was also quite spacious.

Cons:

The staff weren't very friendly and when we wanted to ask questions at the reception desk we were sometimes ignored for a while and it was obvious they didn't want to help us. We used there washing machine and dryer, I DO NOT RECOMMENED! It ruined our clothes and left permanent rust stains on some t-shirts. The dryer also left our clothes extremely wrinkled, we used their iron which didn't help. The hotel is situated above and around Indian restaurants which created a smell in our room that we did not like. The images of this place do not match in real life.
I personally would not stay here again, and would much rather spend a few extra dollars on something better.

The location is the best part. Hotel is in the heart of downtown.

Cons:

It was very dated. The lobby was dark and unwelcoming. Europe was in a heat wave so with no A/C, the rooms were very hot, they provided fans but the fans were very dusty and dirty.

Comfortable
Pros:

Location is great. Rooms need updating and bathroom. Small fridge would help enjoy stay in hot weather.

Cons:

Age and dated decor. All hotels in Interlarken were expensive so Toscanna helped a little.

This hotel has a good location, but the dark halls and unpleasant exterior is not a hotel I’ll stay at again. The price
Pros:

I liked the location, but the back of the property was terrible. It was not a good value at all! My friend booked it for us and it should be a 2 star hotel.
I did like the remodeling done, though.

Cons:

The smell from the restaurant was strong and not pleasant when it seeped up to the room. The towels were thin and scratchy, and the soap had a smell of after shave.
I feel there should be facial/ hand soap, shower gel with shampoo and conditioner separate. No one soap can do it all.
I will never stay at a three star hotel again.
We did appreciate the help from staff, especially Diane. And we used the laundry facilities which came in handy.
The rooms were cleaned well.

Chambre non faite alors qu’on était dehors de 8h à 20h, pas de savon ni gel douche ni papier hygiénique il fallait les demander
