Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioned room which was amazing in the summer heat.

Pros:

The mini fridge in our room and water refill in the lobby was appreciated. We saw the hotel cat, and the backyard garden was really nice! The room was pretty small and simple but clean. It’s a 6 minute walk to the nearest bus station

Cons:

Self Check-in was difficult and took more than 15 minutes to accomplish.

Overall an excellent stay and would recommend.
Pros:

Good location within easy reach of both Interlaken OST and Interlaken West train stations.

Cons:

Rather a small bathroom with a tight shower in the corner. Basic continental breakfast, a selection of pastries would have been a nice addition.

Bien situé pour visiter la région. Les chambres sont confortables. Nous avons utilisé la terrasse à l’arrière les deux soirs pour souper. L’enregistrement est très facile. Le personnel répond rapidement aux questions.

Very pleasant stay. I recommend it
Pros:

Everything, the staff was always very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was confortable, the breakfast had a good variety of choices, the hotel has also a nice backyard to sit outside.

Pros:

De kamer! Best ruim voor 4 personen en lekker zitje buiten. Ook lekkere toblerone op bed. We sliepen er 2 nachten en ik had niet verwacht dat ze tussendoor nog kwamen schoonmaken of nieuwe handdoeken. Wel dus!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks! Zelfs via berichten contact gehad met host. Ik zou zo weer boeken!
