Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend
Pros:

Arrived by train at Ost and caught taxi to hotel which was all good. Could actually just catch or alight at West station as this is closer to hotel.
Room was clean and comfortable although a bit tight as we had two large suitcases but would be happy to stay again.
A short walk from town main centre to the left and bus stop to the right.
Staff were friendly and very accommodating with any requests. Loved the outdoor garden, it was enjoyable to sit in of an evening, grab dinner/tea from Coop & a drink and sit enjoying the peace and views of the snow capped mountains.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the facilities provided. The room was always clean and tidy, and I especially appreciated the coffee machine, kettle in the room and the daily towel and linen changes, which were thoughtful touches that made my stay even more comfortable.
The location was perfect. Although we never had the chance to meet in person, I could genuinely feel Jan-Ramona warm hospitality through our messages. They made me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay.
My visit to Interlaken one of my best travel experiences so far.

Great choice for family vacations
Pros:

Everything about our stay was excellent. The location, views, cleanliness, spacious room, and overall amenities exceeded our expectations. Initially, we felt the price was a bit high, but after checking in, we realized it was absolutely worth it, especially for a family stay with kids. The property offered great value for the experience provided. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Pros:

Harika lokasyon, tertemiz odalar. Fiyat biraz yüksekti ama çok memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Aile işletmesi olduğu için resepsiyonda sürekli duran biri yoktu. Odada sabun bitti ancak sorumlu birini bulamadık 1 gün boyunca. Kahvaltı da yetersizdi bence.

Lovely stay with modern amenities and a gracious host
Pros:

I loved that it had AC and the room was fairly modern and clean. We had a lovely view from our room.

Room was a smidgen small, but there was enough room to move around the luggages

Kleines gemütliches Hotel, gute Lage, jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Kleines, aber gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Der Online-Check-in funktionierte einwandfrei, zusätzlich wurden wir auch persönlich empfangen. Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum. Gemütliche Zimmer überwiegend mit Blick in den kleinen Garten mit Sitzplatz. Gutes Frühstück. Ausreichend Parkplätze.
