Pretty good stay, just some minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable, room was nice. Shower was good. Staff were great and very helpful.

Cons:

Pillows were too soft. The key / lock situation for front door after 8 pm was kind of annoying. Would be nice if they upgraded to scannable key cards. The walls are a bit thin and could hear children running around everywhere.

Pros:

虽然是阁楼房间，但比较大。早餐很不错。

Cons:

1. 原计划下午到，但当天提前中午12点到，这个时间前台应该有人的。但当天不知道为什么酒店大门关闭、前台没人，也联系不上，无法入住，也无法放行李，只能另外找地方寄存行李。
2. 半夜房间突然有持续的流水声，很吵很吵、导致我们睡不好。后来才知道是酒店的取暖器的声音，即使我们并没有开取暖器，还是会有这个声音。需要旋转一个地方关闭，如果能在入住的时候说明就好了。

Great value for money for a stay at Interlaken
Pros:

It was very close to the train and bus station, near a lot of restaurants and cafe but in a quiet part of Interlaken.

Cons:

There was no ramp for the luggage to be hoisted from the sidewalk to the main entrance.

Pros:

Dobre śniadania. Piękny widok na góry. Bardzo miła obsługa.Bardzo cicho, idealny do wypoczynku. Wydzielona garderoba w pokoju. Podejście personelu do gości.

Super home base for our excursions in and around Interlaken.
Pros:

Muy centrico, personal muy amable y excelente desayuno
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable, los desayunos excelentes.

Cons:

Las tablas de madera de la cama pasan sonando por mínimo que sea el movimiento, además instalaron una tubería de paso en la habitación y no paró de hacer ruidos. Por el resto todo excelente, sílo recomiendo.
