Pros:

Anfänglich hatten wir ein Zimmer, das nicht unseren Buchungen entsprach, da die Bilder des Hotels noch nicht aktualisiert waren. Aber alle Mitarbeitenden haben dann die größten Anstrengungen gemacht, dieses Problem zu beheben, sodass wir nichts mehr auszusetzen hatten.

Reasonable hotel for the price but older facilities.
Pros:

Location was nice and close to the railway station. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Old facilities, poor drainage in the shower turned out to be lots of matted hair.

Nice location, worth the price.

Air conditioning, oh sweet air conditioning!

Cons:

The attic rooms are a little rough with the beams sloping across the side of the bed. Very easy to knock your head in the middle of the night. It did say attic room though, so I can’t complain too much.

Good for one night stay. A quiet place.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A bit small. No air conditioning, but the I stayed wasn’t a hot day.

Very comfortable and suited our travels
Pros:

Very conveniently located to Interlaken West station. There was no fridge in the room but there was an excellent shared kitchen/lounge that provided fridges, cooking and tea/coffee making. Plus had a coin laundry next door.

Disappointing for the price
Pros:

The bedroom was okay and had a nice view

Cons:

Balcony dirty, breakfast was not great, carpet on the stairs needs a hoover and the tiles in the hallway need a mop

Great location, breakfast included. Room wasn't ready for us at check-in.

Location was great and close to Interlaken West station. Nice little breakfast included and our room wasn't ready clean.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready at check-in. The male turned us away at 3:00pm and told us to come back in 15 minutes with no apology. 15 minutes isn't much, but it's frustrating when you've paid for the room and have been travelling for 12 hours. He was rude which tainted my entire stay.

The air con in our room was very smelly so we couldn't use it. No fridge, no cups or kettle in the rooms as eating is prohibited in the room. There is a communal kitchen which was hostel vibes for hotel prices.

Hotel was okay man at desk was awful.
Pros:

Bed was nice Comforter was great.
Room was clean.

Cons:

The man who checked us in was very rude to all 6 of us. Was mad that we were checking in at that time. Was upset we didn’t email him a check in time. Told us he could take our luggage early then finally did. Wanted our city tax paid right then….but didn’t check us in. When coming back from our outing he passed us in his bike and yelled at us.

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

We enjoyed the location. Very close to train and restaurants. They also had a small, light breakfast.

Cons:

I wish the air conditioner worked a little better. I also wish the beds were not two twin mattresses put together instead one queen size mattress would have been great.
