Nettes kleines Hotel mit besonderem Charme, absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur City und ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen von den Bahnhöfen West (5 min) und Ost (25 min)! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Zimmer erfüllen voll ihren Zweck und bieten guten Komfort!

Cons:

Aus unserer ganz persönlichen Sicht hätte das Frühstück hinsichtlich der Auswahl an Wurst/Schinken gerne etwas größer sein können und neben Rührei hätten wir auch gerne Spiegelei im Angebot gesehen, aber das ist nur unser persönlicher Eindruck!

Maybe for younger people who don’t have back problems
Pros:

The hotel staff are very welcoming, kind. Very good location, clean and functional facilities.

Cons:

The bedding is not good, mattress is poor quality and the pillow is way too soft.

This is a no frills hotel that ticks all the right boxes. Well done!
Pros:

This is a no frills hotel that is within walking distance to the Interlaken West train station. We had a loft room which is not ideal but the bed was comfortable, as was the bedding and with an extra set of pillows we slept well. Most important there was a wall air conditioning, which cooled the room down and made for a good night's sleep. In terms of the breakfast it was no frills but worked well.

Pros:

You don't know the young lady at the reception desk was exceptionally professional and kind and helpful. She was also a hard worker. We appreciated being so close to the train station and some good restaurants.

Cons:

The first morning at breakfast, it took us a little while to try to figure out what to eat. It was so different. But it turned out to be quite good and the coffee was excellent. The only time I payed $300 a night was at a fancy resort, so it was pricey but we enjoyed our stay there very much.
