位置离中心很近；

Cons:

1、房子的厕所的锁是坏的，一拔门锁就掉了，还要安装上去；
2、空调每天晚上都会有极大的异响发生，有两次直接把我们吵醒；
3、卫生堪忧，接近600欧元的两晚，被褥上居然有头发等杂物，垫背已经偏黄了；
4、面积太小，两个大旅行箱，是没法同时打开的；

Freundliches Personal, aber einige deutliche Mängel
Pros:

Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und freundlich, und auch die Größe unseres Zimmers war vollkommen ausreichend. Insgesamt ein Haus mit Charme und sehr freundlichem Personal, bei dem wir über die Besonderheiten des alten Gebäudes gerne hinwegsehen können. Bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis besteht aus unserer Sicht jedoch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Cons:

Dass Dusche und Toilette sehr klein sind und sich das Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer befindet, ist sicherlich dem sehr alten Gebäude geschuldet und für uns grundsätzlich auch akzeptabel. Gemessen am Übernachtungspreis hätten wir allerdings einen deutlich besseren Zustand und mehr Komfort erwartet.

Leider gab es einige Mängel in unserem Zimmer: Der Lattenrost klapperte bei jeder Bewegung, der Türgriff zum Bad fiel immer wieder heraus und die Klobrille war lose. Besonders unangenehm war die Dusche: Die Lüftung funktionierte offenbar nicht und die Decke war bereits großflächig von Schimmel betroffen. Das sollte aus unserer Sicht dringend behoben werden.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar und entsprach für uns ebenfalls nicht dem Preisniveau des Hotels.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, tolle Umgebung. Freundliches Personal, waren ca 2 Stunden früher vor Ort, da uns das Wetter ein Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht hat. Konnten problemlos schon aufs Zimmer. Personal hat auch gleich gezeigt wo man was machen kann in der Umgebung. Selten so komfortabel eingecheckt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ziemlich mau. Die Auswahl war recht klein.

If the room is air-conditioned, it would have been a pleasant/comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent (close to the train station and shopping). Breakfast is decent.

Cons:

The room is not air-conditioned and is unbearble in August Summer heat (outside temperature was high 70s to low 80s F). Opening windows would let bugs in and had to close the windows. Room does not have a fridge.
