Sehr schönes Hotel, moderne Einrichtung, tolle Lage, sehr schöne Bar.

Cons:

Frühstück, Abendessen und Bar völlig überteuert, geradezu unanständig. Und das obwohl zB. beim Abendessen weder Tischtuch noch Tischset oder Brotteller vorhanden sind. Man versucht auf hochpreisig zu machen, ist aber nur Mittelmass. Die Portionen sind zudem für den Preis sehr klein.

Que j écrive un mail avec des questions importantes, qu on y réponde pas, et que quand je fais la réflexion à la réception tout le monde s en fou! Au prix de la suite c est très malhonnête.. surtout quand on y vient pour la 3 ou 4 ème fois..

Dommage que l’on nous ne prévienne pas qu’il faut reserver une place de parc. Ce fut compliqué d’en trouver une dans les alentours de l’hôtel

Die Aussicht und die Einrichtung der beiden Restaurants.

Das die Glasduschwände verkalkt waren, meine Anfragen rund einen Monat unbeantwortet blieben.und dann entsprechend das Parking ausgebucht war. Das beim Einchecken z.b. nicht gesagt wurde wann es Frühstück gibt. Das Zimmer un 15:00 Uhr noch nicht gereinigt war. Leider mussten wir unerwartet einen Tag früher abreisen, es gab keine Gutschrift oder etwas dergleichen.

Schön gelegen, man braucht jedoch sehr viel Geduld.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, grossartige Dachterrasse. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Abläufe und das Personal sind nicht sehr effizient. Sowohl check-in wie auch check-out haben ewigs gedauert. Dieselbe Erfahrung haben wir im Restaurant Lakeside gemacht, es dauerte ewigs bis die Menukarten gebracht wurden, Getränkebestellung aufgenommen war, Getränke gebracht, Essen gebracht etc. Personal war grösstenteils freundlich mit einigen Ausnahmen.

L’emplacement, la chambre, le bar sur le toit et le restaurant.

Cons:

Les prix du bar sur le toit !!et les moustiques donc on peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre et on doit faire marcher la climatisation pour avoir de l’air qu’il ne faisait pas trop chaud.
