Hôtel très bien situé, au bord du lac. Très belle vue sur le lac. Belle chambre. Personnel sympathique aux check-in et check-out.

Cons:

On entend quand même beaucoup de bruit du couloir, voire des autres chambres, en particulier le matin (même assez tôt) lorsque le ménage est fait. Difficile de ne pas inonder la salle de bain quand on prend une douche.

Liegt gleich beim See, schöne Aussicht.
Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Personal war 'typisch französisch' ignorant. Bei der Rezeption wurden französisch sprechende Gäste vorgezogen, uns lies man warten.
Den schriftlich zugesagten Parkplatz im Haus wollte man uns zuerst nicht geben, erst nach einiger Diskussion war dann doch plötzlich ein Platz verfügbar.
Aber das ist in diesem Teil der Schweiz üblich (übrigens auch umgekehrt werden im deutschen Teil der Schweiz französisch sprechende Gäste benachteiligt)

Pros:

Vue incroyable sur le lac, surtout depuis le bar du rooftop. Service impeccable, comme on en trouve rarement dans les hôtels de nos jours. Petit déjeuner excellent.

The hotel is located on the shore of a beautiful lake. I had a wonderful view of the lake from my room. The room was very cozy. The breakfasts were varied and tasty.

Toll gelegenes Erstklass-Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht über Hafen, See und Blick in die Alpen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen und Neuenburgersee, sowie Fernsicht bis in die Alpen ist traumhaft gelegen. Die Zimmerausrüstung ist gut, nur ein fester Handgriff im Badewannen-Bereich fehlt, was die Besteigung von Douche und Badewanne gefährlich macht. Die Klimaanlage ist gut, die Terrasse direkt am Hafenrand phantastisch gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Bedienung aufmerksam und kompetent.
