Pros:

Le séjour, pour du professionnel était largement suffisant, je tiens à préciser que le personnel du restaurant pour le soir a été super bienveillant avec nous et d'une grande gentillesse !
La chambre répondait à nos besoins.

Cons:

Le personnel à l'accueil devrait parler de leurs histoires privées, en dehors de la réception.
J'ai du attendre 10 minutes devant les deux réceptionnistes pour faire le check-in, après qu'elles aient débattu de leurs histoires.
Pour le check-out c'était pareil, mais j'ai été pris plus rapidement, je trouve dommage de devoir participer à leurs discussions privées.
Je n'ai jamais pu avoir le wifi. Cela en ayant demandé 2X.

Tout le reste a été bien.

Perfekte Auszeit am See!
Pros:

Die Lage, das Restaurant, die Bar - alles hervorragend! Das absolute Highlight war unsere Terrasse - leider konnten wir sie aufgrund des kalten Wetters nicht nutzen.

Cons:

Die Dusche - einmal duschen und das Badezimmer stand unter Wasser... Die Bettdecke für zwei - ich hätte lieber meine eigene und dafür ein Kissen weniger.

Schöne Lage aber leider schlechte Bedienung.

Die Lage und die Einrichtung

Cons:

Die Bedienung war zum Teil sehr schlecht. Z.B beim Frühstück, als wie ankamen und nach einem Kaffe fragten, hieß es, man muss das selber machen, es sei alles Selbstbedienung . Für einen 4*Hotel sehr enttäuschend.
Auch in der Bar oben war man sehr schlecht betreut. Dazu war die Atmosphäre sehr hektisch und das Publikum sehr durchmischt.

Que les résidents de l'hôtel n'aient pas un accès prioritaire au rooftop et doivent faire la file d'attente comme les personnes venant de l'extérieur.

Pros:

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel Beaulac in Neuchâtel. Alles war top: super sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und alle sprechen mehrere Sprachen. Location ist auch top, zum Fuss erreicht man alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es keine USB Anschlüsse. Auf jedem Fall hat uns freundliche Personal Netzteil für unser Kabel schnell, Problemlos und ohne Diskussion versorgt.
