Übertraf unsere Erwartungen
Pros:

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Da wir am Jakobsweg zu Fuß unterwegs sind waren wir vor dem möglichen Checkin vor Ort und durften früher das Zimmer sogar mit einem Upgrade beziehen. Das Frühst war auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Münster möglich. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis für Schweizer Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich gut!

On a super bien dormi et l’emplacement top top

Magnífica estancia en Friburgo
Pros:

El alojamiento se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad.
La habitación era amplia, y tenía unas vistas excelentes a la catedral, además contaba con una pequeña nevera y un ventilador.
Estas dos últimas cosas las hemos agradecido mucho, por las altas temperaturas que está haciendo este verano.
Sin duda todo un acierto y muy recomendable

Pros:

Top Lage, nah bei der Bushaltestelle und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception.

Cons:

Eher kleines Zimmer, eine Lampe im Bad war defekt (Wackelkontakt). Nicht klimatisiert, daher eher stickig.

Das Personal war nett und das Frühstück ok..
Pros:

Die Suite war gross,aber ohne Balkon.

Cons:

Die Teppiche und die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr Zeitgerecht..Man ist umzingelt von 3Kirchen dementsprechend viel geläute.Badzimmer war nicht sauber (Haare in der Dusche)

Pokój dość duży i czysty. Wyposażenie stare, ale za to hotel położony w zabytkowym klimatycznym budynku w najlepszej lokalizacji. Personel bardzo miły. Brak klimatyzacji. Jest za to wentylator.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lage direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Für schweizer Verhältnisse gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Parksituation ist etwas schwierig, keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful! The reception deserves 10 stars. A big plus is that you can communicate in English (which is unfortunately rare in Freiburg). The location is excellent, and the view from the window and the hotel restaurant is beautiful – there's also a large terrace where you can eat with a beautiful view of the cathedral. Breakfast was very good (I only missed fresh vegetables, but the selection of other items was so large that it wasn't a problem). The room was clean and well-maintained. There was nothing to complain about. There was a fan, which was helpful in this heat. The windows are very tight. The hotel was quiet.

Cons:

It's a shame that regulations don't allow for air conditioning. During the heatwave that has hit Europe, nights were difficult without air conditioning, and the cathedral's bells rang so loudly and frequently that it was difficult to leave the window open.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war unter dem Dach bei grosser Sommerhitze. Das Hotel war sicher nicht Ausgebucht, hätte mehr Flexibilität erwartet. Die Brause von der Dusche war eher vernebler. Auch sonst wäre eine Sanierung des Badezimmers angebracht, Lüftung funktioniert nicht, Wasserhahn am Lavabo ist kaputt.
