Great facilities and walks.
Pros:

Located on the harbour front and very close to the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good with a wide choice.

Cons:

Parking was dependent on the public spaces available outside. It was, however cheaper than the nearest car park.

Lage ziemlich nahe der Altstadt, Hafen etc.

Cons:

Seesicht war eingeschränkt, grosse Bäume davor. Hotel hat uns nicht informiert, dass auf dem Platz daneben ein grosses Strassenfest stattfand. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern konnte man fast die ganze Nacht den Lärm hören.

Wir würden wieder kommen!
Pros:

Das Personal, die Lage und auch die Zimmer waren super. Perfektes Preis/Leistungs - verhältnis! Zuerst dachten wir gegen die Strassenseite das es extrem laut ist, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert! Für Menschen mit langen Haaren - der Haarföhn ist toll! 🥰 auch die Lage so nah am See, genial! Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Neuchâtel würde ich sofort wieder dort buchen!

Cons:

Die kalten Getränke beim Frühstück liessen zu wünschen übrig. An beiden Tagen war entweder der Multivitaminsaft oder der Apfelsaft ungeniessbar. Auch eine kleine Investition in einen neuen Eierkocher wäre toll. Daa Frühstück sonst war aber spitze!

Ruhiges Hotel in schöner Lage am See und Ortzentrum
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut und sehr ruhig. Obwohl wir direkt über dem Restaurant (inzwischen asiatisch - nur Buffet) gewohnt haben und vor unseren Fenstern dessen Terrasse lag und auch der Hafen, haben wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum was gehört. Sehr gut schallisoliert. Im Hotel war es generell sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage hat uns in den heißen Nächten gerettet. Man kann sie selbst manuell bedienen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Lage nahezu direkt am See, wenn auch der Blick auf den See zum Teil noch durch ein anderes Gebäude versperrt ist. Badestellen sind vorhanden. Auch am Ortszentrum gelegen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.
