Conveniently located and quiet!
Pros:

Very convenient by the station and metro to get to the old town or down to the lake. Despite being in a busy location the room was well soundproofed, quiet and comfortable.

Great location -- great for an active stay in Lausanne.
Pros:

Location was excerllent.

Cons:

I stayed twice. One room had SmartTV and another did not. The view from both of these rooms showed someone's parking space. No good view. The airconditioner in one of the rooms were noisy.
