Bruits horribles déjà à partir de 5:00
La chambre est refaite tard dans la matinée, voir l’après midi. J’ai du réclamer et le lendemain elle a été faite à 10:00. Par contre immédiatement le jeudi elle a été refaite vers midi !!

Lo staff molto disponibile ed accogliente. La vicinanza della struttura dalla stazione ferroviaria. La pulizia sia della stanza che del bagno. l'illuminazione variabile da adattare alle proprie esigenze.

Cons:

ad accogliermi in camera, c'era una bottiglia d'acqua vuota e un bicchiere.

Top Lage, vernünftiger Preis, hat mir gut gefallen
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage direkt am SBB Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt. Auch die Metro für die Stadtbesichtigung oder an den See befindet sich gleich nebenan. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und man konnte sogar frischen Orangensaft selber pressen.

Cons:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhofsplatz ist gut, aber das Fenster muss geschlossen werden, sonst ist es logischerweise zu laut. Bei geschlossenem Festen aber kein Problem.

Pros:

Lovely staff, refunded me when I requested to check out early as I really was not happy there

Cons:

Not as advertised, would not recommend. Very dated and nothing like it looks in photos, had images of sauna and gym on their website and booking.com listing but these did not exist on the location

Non ho scelto la colazione perché dopo una precedente esperienza il rapporto qualità/prezzo per la colazione non era competitivo. Il costo era troppo elevato per l'offerta reale.
