Such a sweet homey place. The best staff especially checking in. They had maps, transit card and wonderful suggestions. Very convenient to bus line although I walked most areas. Rey safe part of city.
We picked the hotel while staying in Lausanne because it is closer to Lake Geneva and hence better view, and we are not disappointed. The room is spacious, having three balconies, with the view to the lake and the cities in France across the lake. About 15 minutes walk to/from the train station, passing a lovely park which many locals hang out playing balls, watch kids playing, and just enjoy the sunshine. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet in the hotel as there is a great patisserie shop right by the hotel and we enjoyed all our breakfast there.

This is the second time I've stayed here and I liked it even more than the first. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that I liked to bike, they offered a hotel bike for my ride to Montreux. The proximity to good transportation, the lake, the and other amenities is outstanding. I was sad to leave but I will be back!

J’avais spécialement choisi cet hôtel pour la climatisation dans les chambres. Je me retrouve dans un appartement dans un immeuble voisin, sans climatisation, plus de 3 degrés dans le studio, ventilateur bas de gamme. Demi porte de cabine de douche manquante , réfrigérateur avec porte compartiment congélateur cassée et pleine de glace … parquet abîmé et décollé . Ma fille de 2 ans a failli s’abîmer les pieds. Pas du tout le rendu et confort attendu au vue de la notation de l’hôtel.
This hotel was perfect access to the lake as well as transportation and/or walking to tourist sites/town. The bathroom was huge and beds comfortable.

View on the lake side was fantastic. Frlendly hotel convenient to the train station and the beach. Spent just one night here in transit between the Alps and Paris. Walked to the hotel from the train station and took the tram back using city pass provided by the hotel. Very pleasant neighborhood in Lausanne.
We had a studio with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable. View of the lake perfect.
Wish it had a fan and or air conditioning. Some soap to do the dishes would be nice. Would stay there again.
