Le dîner n’est pas à la hauteur , les aliments sont là ,mais mals cuisinés, le , est bien ,des œufs au plat serait mieux que la coque , le buffet froid est bien , mais le chaud n’est pas à la hauteur comme les desserts

Lo único bueno el sitio donde estaba

Por donde empezar... Primero pretendieron meternos en una habitación de 4 camas (la reserva era de una habitación doble con dos camas) en la primera planta con una excursión, todos hemos visto las fotos y la descripción de las habitaciones dobles. Nos quejamos y la de recepción un poco prepotente diciendo que todas las habitaciones son con 4/6 camas, cosa que en ningún sitio ponen, y que las dobles es según disponibilidad. Yo flipando le dije que en ningún sitio pone eso y que entonces que quiten las dobles de Booking. Al final me cambio a la planta 7, vamos que esas las deben guardar para las reservas hechas por la web y a Booking les meten donde pillan, a otra que si tenía dos camas, pero en la pared tenía otras dos camas que se suben y bajan a modo litera. Otra sorpresa fue que era una habitación comunicada, cosa que en ningún sitio decía en Booking de que las habitaciones estaban comunicadas (y los pájaros las fotos todas son sin enseñar ese lado de la pared para que no se vean ni las camas ni la puerta). El baño otro cuadro, que normal que no pongan tampoco fotos porque necesita una reforma de arriba a abajo. Las camas incomodisimas y las almohadas un papel de fumar es más duro que eso. Busqué si había alguna almohada más y había otras dos iguales en el armario y una de ellas con manchas de sangre. Una de las lámparas estaba manchada. Las cortinas rotas, la mesa del balcón rota. Olía a humedad. En el balcón en una esquina había una mancha como si hubieran orinado ahí... Al final nos tocó buscar otro sitio y largarnos. Lo que mejor pudimos hacer porque el que encontramos era mil veces mejor, más barato y encima con desayuno (cosa que nuestra reserva ni tenía). En resumen, huid de este sitio. No entiendo la peña que le pone buenos comentarios porque vamos... Con ese precio de habitaciones esto no es lo que valen.

Pros:

La gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant ainsi que la qualité du spa.
Situation parfaite avec un parking gratuit à disposition.
Très bon buffet au petit-déjeuner.
Rapport qualité/prix du buffet au restaurant est en ordre.

Cons:

Peut-être plus de produits locaux au petit-déjeuner. La région n'en manque pas.
L'horaire du buffet le soir en cas de grande affluence. On nous a conseillé de manger plus tard afin d'éviter la foule et nous n'avons pas pu manger le dessert.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kriegten ein up-grade Zimmer mit herrlichem Balkon. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Bushaltestelle. Die Halbpension ist unglaublich günstig. Natürlich ist ein Buffet nicht hohe Küche, aber Vielfalt und Sorgfalt überzeugten alleweil.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Dies ist dass erste mal in fast 15 Jahren, das wir eine schlechte Rezession schreiben müssen. Sehr schade.
Wir haben im À-la-carte Restaurant gegessen. Und wir haben wirklich noch nie so schlechte Speisen in einem Hotelrestaurant erhalten. Wir assen die Lammkeule mit Gemüse und Rösti. Es war wirklich fachlich der Albtraum. Vom kalten Gemüse über die Rösti die mit rohen Kartoffeln hergestellt wurden, die nicht durchgekocht waren und nur im Fett schwammen. Und die Sauce der Keule war wie Kleister. Sie war nicht flüssig sonder rutschte nicht mal vom Fleisch wenn man die Keule aufstelle. Die Reaktion des Personal war zwar sehr zuvorkommend, wir mussten für das Essen nicht bezahlen, das wir auch nur zu 5% gegessen haben. Es war Ihnen anzusehen dass es ihnen peinlich war, jedoch war dies leider auch nicht hilfreich, da uns der Appetit vergangen war, und wir ohne Abendessen die Nacht dort verbrachten. Ob das Essen am auch verfügbaren Buffet anders war, können wir nicht beurteilen. Das Service Personal kann nichts dafür, aber der Küchenchef müsste wirklich über die Bücher.
