Super Hotel, położony w pięknym miejscu. Jedzenie pyszne. Cicha spokojna okolica, hotel przyjazny zwierzęta .

Cons:

Starszy Pan w restauracji ktory obsługiwał był bardzo niemiły, zbierał szybko ze stolika talerze pytając nonstop czy finisch oraz sugerując żeby opuścić stolik.

Pan jako jedyny odmawiał gością podania z kuchni umytej szklanki na kawę kiedy już brakowało czy talerza odpowiadając nie grzecznie że nie mają !
Reszta obsługi Super miła i pomocna!
Ten Pan nie powinien tam pracować, ponieważ swoim zachowaniem odstrasza turystów.

Un peu déçus des prestations lors de ce séjour, qui habituellement sont meilleures

Le tarif avantageux, le spa extérieur, le buffet

Cons:

L’attitude de la réceptionniste vraiment pas amicale.
Problème de clé de chambre à laquelle nous n’y pouvions rien, réactivité peu sympathique.
Lattes de lit enlevées et manquantes, seule celles enlevées ont été remise (mais n’ont pas tenu) et les manquantes n’ont pas été remplacées -> pas confortable.
Nous n’avons pas été informés (ni par mail ni même lors du check-in à la réception) des travaux dans le spa intérieur, et donc la fermeture d’une partie de cet espace.
Nous sommes des habitués de cet hôtel et nous sommes la plupart du temps très satisfaits, mais cette lors de ce séjour spécifique, plusieurs aspects nous ont vraiment déçus.

In generale i servizi anche il personale molto carino Nota di merito piscina esterna molto bella e con una bellissima vista

Cons:

Troppo precisini sul orario check-in
Siamo arrivati 40 minuti prima stanchi dal
Viaggio e con un bebè in macchina e abbiamo dovuto aspettare uguale le 15 per farlo .
