The spa and pool were simply great! Staff very friendly!
Some room amenities/facilities were old or broken or unusable: broken ventilation, blocked sink in the in the toilet, e.g. kettle had UK plug and coffee machine had EU plug - no adapter, therefore there was no way to use them!

Abendbuffet sticht nicht heraus...
Kinder haben erst ab 11.00 Uhr Zutritt zum Aussenpool - obwohl die Poolanlage schon ab 9.00 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Sehr wenige können Deutsch sprechen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber nichts gefehlt und Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach.
Mit dem Abendessen waren wir leider unzufrieden, sehr aber wirklich sehr wenig Auswahl und vorhandenes war sehr speziell/ungewöhnlich und hat dementsprechend nicht geschmeckt.
