Excelente!
Pros:

Espaçosa, confortável, com todos os equipamentos necessários na cozinha. Um bom banheiro. Muito próximo à estação de trens, portanto muito conveniente para deslocamentos. Área ao redor muito agradável, com belas ruas com restaurantes, cafés, sorveterias.

Pros:

The room was beautiful, very spacious and with all the equipment you need for a short or longer stays. The location is perfect! Close to train station, close to centre of the city and the lake as well, yet quiet in the night. I will gladly return on my next trip to Lausanne.

Pros:

La cuisine, la salle de bain tout est propre.

Il y a tout le nécessaire, le frigo, la plaque de cuisine, un bouilloire, la cafétéria.

Le thé et le café offert!

Cons:

Check-in sans le personnel sur une tablette à l'accueil.
On m'a demandé de régler la 2ème fois le prix de la chambre.
J'ai dû appeler le service client et c'était réglé.

Placement idéal à condition de ne pas avoir de véhicule. Bien équipé, propre. Pièce un peu petite. Très grande terrasse que nous n'avons pu utiliser en raison de la pluie

Cons:

Dommage que nous n'ayons pas reçu les infos d'accueil avant d'arriver en Suisse, la veille par exemple. Arrivés sur place, sous une pluie battante, nous avons du téléphoner pour avoir le code d'entrée. Ensuite, check in par tablette, plutôt impersonnel...pas d'électricité dans le 1er appartement ( finalement pb de fusible), pas de code Wi-Fi...Heureusement, le jeune homme que j'ai eu au téléphone s'est déplacé et a réglé tous les problèmes. 2e chose, la difficulté à trouver un stationnement à proximité. Le parking proposé était loin ( bagages + pluie...) . Le bruit dû au réfrigérateur a gêné le sommeil de la personne dormant dans le canapé-lit.

Grundsätzlich war alles tiptop, wenn man mit Baby reist gibt es zwei Hinweise welche erwähnenswert sind:
-Aufzug sehr klein sowie über 3 Stufen erreichbar (unser Reisekinderwagen hat zum Glück gerade hereingepasst)
-kein Zustellbett sondern Babybett zusätzlich buchbar
