Pros:

L'appartement est bien équipé et bien situé. La literie confortable.

Cons:

La petite fenêtre donnant sur un mur dans la chambre. Les vélux du salon donnent sur les grues des travaux de la gare de Lausanne.

Good place but misses the human touch a bit
Pros:

Good location. Facilities are good (fridge, kitchen, bed, etc.). There's a laundry available downstairs as well.

Cons:

We did face one hitch: because check out times are 11am, your card will deactivate at that time, and if you happen to be out of the apartment at that time (like we were), then you will be locked out, even though you might've taken an extension for later check out (like we did). It's an automatic system. Thankfully staff was available over phone and fixed it in 5 minutes, but it's the downside of contactless hotels.

Also cleaning is only on Mondays, so if you happen to check in on Tuesday for a few days, tough luck.

L'emplacement idéal, proche de la gare de Lausanne, proche du centre, du parc, des transports en commun, des restaurants...

Cons:

Le mobilier un peu vieillot dans l'appartement et quelques petites bricoles ( ampoules) qui ne fonctionnaient pas.

Globalement, je le recommande, mais une description plus détaillée de son contenu et un avertissement concernant sa note

Cons:

-La description de l'appartement mentionnait une vue sur la ville, mais il n'y avait aucune vue, car les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur et étaient occultées. L'appartement était très sombre.
-Une petite marche à l'entrée de l'appartement est apparue sans prévenir, me faisant trébucher et tomber au sol avec une certaine douleur. Un avertissement concernant cette marche est nécessaire.

Parfait
Pros:

C'était parfait, l'appartement était impeccable, tout ce dont on avait besoin était la, et surtout même si c'etait un checkless le personnel se rend très disponible en cas de besoin!

Cons:

Le seul point faible, mais ce n'etait de la faute de personne c'est que le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. On a cependant eu de l'aide, il a tout simplement été éteint par le personnel de nettoyage. 😅
Ne sachant pas le rallumer on a dû passer le séjour sans frigo, mais comme je travaillais jetais peu disponible pour la réparation. Sinon le personnel était très réactif et adorable

Pros:

Quite clean and has everything you would need during your stay. Double suits 103 and 104 has a huge terrace which you could enjoy in a nice weather. Kitchen area at 104 is spacious equipped with everything.

Cons:

Isolation overall is good as long as noone is staying upstairs. Footsteps could be heard directly. Quite annoying. But no noise issue with the adjacent rooms, only upstairs.
